Yes, since yesterday, I learned that you can activate the effect of a monster who's effect is negated on the field and yet, I play this game since 2008! Yugioh is very complicated and everyone makes mistakes. That player was very salty and unwilling to learn, quite shameful, but being wrong happens to the best of us too! :)
@@ALPHACKER2 i might add that it resolves without effect ie negated. Cards always activate and resolve in the same place. That's a rule of thumb of the game.
