Not sure if you knew or not and I’m not even vegan so I’m not judging in any way just letting you know, the steam wands that they use to steam the milk are used in both dairy and non-dairy beverages and there’s unfortunately no way to clean them completely in between beverages. We clean them with little sanitizer bins that are cleaned out every 2 hours (*supposed to be, that doesn’t happen when it’s busy) but the sanitizer gets so milky by the end of the 2 hours that it looks just like milk a lot of the time 🙃 so we end up wiping it with a milky/sanitizer rag which is nasty to me.
