What a beautiful car.
2017...I have a 2016
Not this again 🙄😂
This is the 2017 generation
It might well be a 17 model year but this is a 2016 registered car. If I said it was a 2017, it would be incorrect.
@@ForecourtFilms bro your wrong again.. 3 people have corrected u including me the guy who is CURRENTLY sitting in a 2016 model with-no flip up screen and the many other updates that were added the next model year.. it’s ok to be wrong guy 😌
@@tkhut6387 but this one doesnt have a flip up screen either. The car was registered in late 2016, and manufactured in 2016. This is what makes it a 2016 Audi A5 F5.
@@danielskiba879 it’s still a built in raised yo screen with FULL digital dash… 2016 didn’t have that in the models.. they were partly digital with manual speedometer dial but digital speed reference and radio options.. it’s 2017 model bro. idc what year it’s registered on paperwork, paperwork can be wrong, whats before your eyes can’t be and this air is a 2017 we’re watching. 😇
@@tkhut6387 there are a few 2016 of this F5. You are wrong this is 2016
That’s a 2017+ when they did the facelift. 2016 is the previous design.
We always publish the year it was registered so as not to be misleading. All new 2017 model year car (not facelift) but built and registered in 2016. So therefore it's a 2016 car. 👍
@@ForecourtFilms Yea I see everyone giving you a hard time about that. I believe it’s bc in the states we go by the year it was “intended” for, versus the year it was “manufactured”. Also I’m assuming any car from overseas is released earlier out there than over here, so really just a difference in realities. In the states we really only go by “The generation” not manufacturing date.
Edit: You said “All new 2017 model year car (not facelift) how do you mean? Thats the face lifted version.
@@wavey_lit6046 You got it.
So a 'facelift' is the update to the current model. BMW call it LCI but the generic term is facelift, usually where the front lights and grille are changed to bring it in line with the other models in the range. The A5/S5 'facelift' happened in 2012 for the previous model. This was an all new model of car so not a facelift.
For instance with Porsche, the 991.2 was the facelift of the 991 and the 992 was the all new model of 911. Hope that makes sense 👍
@@ForecourtFilms oh okay got you 👍🏽
That’s a 2017 not a 2016 bro 🤦🏽♂️
Built in 2016, registered in December 2016 but OK, you must be right
@@ForecourtFilms Yes he is. This is the 2017 model. there are old generation audi a5 registered in 2017 but this doesn't make the model 2017, it's still a 2016 one. This applies to your car as well. Just because it came out a bit early, doesn't mean it's not the 2017 model. Please do a better research next time.
@@naydenov.nicola thank you I thought I was 😂😂 I’ll let him have the “illusion tho” lol
@@naydenov.nicola I never said it was a 2016 model car. It is registered in 2016. If u had an old shape car that was registered in 2017, it would be a 2017 car.
You may refer to it differently but that's how it is done in the UK. The number plate gives it away.
@@ForecourtFilms Maybe in UK but the actual PHYSICAL functionality and body of the car is what makes the car what year it is over here in the U.S. that’s like saying I have a 1985 testarossa but I just registered it this year, so because of that I run around and say it’s 2022… lol car enthusiast would give me the 😑 face because it’s a lie.. CAP!!
That’s all we saying bro..
