What courage they all had to do this...OMG....bravo ladies, bravo !!!
Magnificent. Each had full command of the stage when they had a solo, no mean feat considering. I hope they are all super-proud of themselves!
Bravo!
They all did very well with 24 hours' rehearsal. Is it known that Helen George sings like a nightingale?
it is now
Yes actually. She's got the trifecta of talent.
Rosie is freaking amazing.
Yes, she didn't have a long solo, but no one is talking about how she absolutely carried the comedy and the intro.
Rosie is one of my fave comedians ever, and as a disabled comedian myself, I wanna be her when I grow up (even though I think she's younger than me)
I am always amazed at how many different people we See on British television: people with disabilities, people who do jokes about their sexual orientation, people who are blind, missing limbs etc. Try German TV and it's All so absolutely white and dull and not funny at all as we are more and more restricted what we can say and what we are "allowed" to laugh about... because all the Snowflakes over here are super offended all the time...
Well done ladies, Helen George I kow from Call the Midwife ,a great actress and did a fantastic job with the Opera.Loved it👏👏❤❤
Absolutely love 💕 her!
AHHHH! Nurse Trixie! How wonderful.....! All of them, and for charity. Gotta love the UK!
These always make me cry-- in a good way. Bravo to these 5 women for stepping out of their normal comfort zone.
Goodness ladies - you really nailed it. (Stay well UK from NZ)
A big hand to all of you for this performance. I think Comic Relief: Red Nose Day is an admirable cause. I'm American and only familiar with wonderful Helen George because of Call the Midwife but I will now be looking for opportunities to see all of your work. Each of you did a great job.
Too true.
Same. They were amazing and I know about red nose day from seeing the CTM cast
They absolutely smashed it, obviously Helen sounds impeccable but I personally really enjoyed Tamsin’s husky tones
7:38 the audience’s mood changes, like there’s a threshold in the music that MUST be acknowledged
Helen George was brilliant!
Well done all, especially Scarlett, who had a really difficult bit of the tune.
Well done! Thoroughly enjoyed it! Be very proud!
Well done Rosie ❤️
Helen George nailed it!
Bravissimo ladies, well done its bloody hard to sing!
I thought their performance was excellent Helen George was brilliant I knew she could sing but she was outstanding as opera is so very hard
Awesome work ladies you are brilliant
Amazing rendition and so impressive 👏 🙌 😍
Helen George the best but they all gave it a go and raised money so a win win situation which is the main thing. Well done.
The only one I know (watching from the u.s.) is Helen George because I love "Call the Midwife," but, wow, they impressed me. Hugs, ladies!
They were awesome!! Helen’s my fave.
Wow! That was brill, everyone!
8:14 and you knew that they were going to applaud before the music ends, that was a given
Wonderful challenge has been met!
Absolutely loved it
Thank you xxxxxxx
fabulous well done ladies!!
Brava ladies. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
👏👏👏🥳🎉✨🌟 Well done, ladies!
Wow brilliant ladies, very well done
I am impressed! Bravo!
Really enjoyed that
Bravo ladies from Strathalbyn. S.A.
That was awesome!
What a hoot! The ladies look as if they are having a great time. Too bad we can’t get a close up of the costumes of the pros.
Wow! They are not professional singers, but - wow!
Bravo! To all.
Scarlett really surprised me
Absolutely greaaaaaat
That was amazing 🤩 but I felt a bit bad for Rosie, no hate to her but just felt her voice couldn’t lend itself so well :(
It doesn't matter in the slightest what the individual person's voice was like. Thus is about challenge people to do something they have not done before, having fun, having some humour and raising money for charity.
They thought that the Figaro overture was too long, even though it’s one of the shortest.
Not entirely sure why you have said that. The Figaro overture was never an option.
They did a great job and evidently really enjoyed themselves! I wish Scarlett had a dress with a bit more glam and a bit less “nightie”, though - she’s such a sweet and pretty lass, and that fluoro pink number didn’t set her off as it should.
Are we just ignoring the fact Scarlett actually doesn’t have a bad voice?!
Helen, the midwife ❤
Bravo!👏👏👏
BRAVA!!! 💫💫💫💫💫
Brava!
Amazing
Brilliant 👏
yay bravoooooo!
Wonderful ❤💃❤
Bravo
Bravo 🥰👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️
I loved this performance.
I loved Helen George, Nadia and Tamzin the most because their voices were incredible.
The other one which I don't the name of was good as well.
They all nailed it really well.
It's a 10 from me.
Helen was the only one who could really sing. The others put on a good performance, though.
Helen George is the only person I enjoyed
‘There will be a packed full house’
Shot of loads of empty seats on the night.
Go fig.
Just to let you know why there were empty seats. We came on after that evening’s performance of Cosi fan Tutti. It ended at about 21.15 and we began around 21.40. Regardless of how many people were in the audience enjoying themselves what those women achieved in 24 hours was impressive to say the least. That’s what deserves mention not sniping about empty seats. Have a great day
......rude
Mean comment. They did an amazing job raising money for good causes and you focus on empty seats. Go fig.
I do apologise if I came across as ‘mean’, I just have to put up with the fact that it was what she was always going to say. Saying the house wasn’t going to be full would never be ‘appropriate’ given the occasion. These ladies still have much to be proud of.
I promise to donate as long as you never do this again.

Same as last year....
I detest Moffatt after her treatment of Non Christians on Pilgamage.
Bullied becomes a bully.
4.59 oh my god
Isn't it awesome that she's part of this ❤
@@mirandapontarelli5485 I was seriously worried about Rosie (she's the only one I knew in this... I'm American, if that helps)... I shouldn't have been... she knocked it out of the park like usual... I love her so much. Of course she got scolded for twerking! Hahaha!
@@EricaGamet when did she twerk?!

@@EricaGamet oh yes omg 🤣

There’s always at least one “celebrity” that no one has heard of.
Which one haven't you heard of? Happy to let you know who they are.
I knew them all. You will find plenty of us who can help you with their work
