Reminds me of how dolphin spam is similar to Electric Wind God Fist spam in how on paper it's punishable since it's minus on block but it still works anyway through the sheer power of spite.
Electrics (when you do df and 2 at the same frame) are + on block but Wind God Fist are -10 with short block stun.

I like how half of this was one giant meme of DOLPHIN (and WHALE!) but then the second half was a whole ass anime.
Something about hearing the bloody screams of fear and anguish as dolphins close in and pressure the opponent just hits right somehow.
