- These are the most commonly banned books in correctional facilities across America. Jails ban these books because they believe prisoners could use the information in them in a negative way. They include works by Robert Greene, and other authors.

If the prisoners can easily escape the prison after reading a book.......it just shows how weak the security system is.
We all deserve education. If you think people can escape with those books, you need to hire better guards

I think the guards should read WITH the prisoners so everyone can be on the same page. ESPECIALLY the language books!
The prisoners become better people, and the guads get better at their jobs. It's a win-win.

some of these are understandable in a sense, but seriously tho, even if they do learn, where are they going to get tools? sure they can smuggle them in, but thats only if you came into prison prepared (I assume)
