Do you know that In Thailand, Foreigners cannot buy the land? The land can only be lease to them by the owners or the developers. With the developers or owners, you can only renew the lease at the land office. Approval decision can only made by the Land Office. The maximum years of renewal is only 90years even you bought your house as a freehold
@@lornatravelqueen I glad you know about this. There're lots of expats or investors that bought houses in Thailand and they got themselves into troubles. They never research or seek a lawyer advise before commiting in a purchase of properties in Thailand. Some of this foreigners even build houses on a stranger's land which belongs to their Thai's spouses.
