Earlier and at the 09:00 minute mark those were two signs of motorcycles running out of fuel. The first time he turned it downhill and got it restarted. He's going to be done soon from a fuel problem.

One of our guys from our infantry platoon , just got back from Iraq Modified his vintage Ninja motorcycle Wig some of his deployment funds In Inglewood one night , he was riding to fast and blew past some cops and pursuit was on Speeds on the streets was over 140 And unfortunately he struck the side of a MTA bus going over 100 Too survive a tour in Iraq on some of the most terrifying roads and routes for 14 months Just to die in the streets of LA Needless to say he was so badly managed it took 2 hours to find all of him A leg was found half a block away Horrible

No doubt he’s out of the booking facility with a simple ticket & court date for 8 months from now. Last time I got nailed for 110 MPH plus on the 91 on my motorcycle it was three points, traffic school & $636 fine. That was almost twenty years ago. Can’t figure out why ppl don’t stop for a ticket. These helicopters have went pretty close to the airports in some of these chases. Airport security can also intervene and try to work with the police to get the wanted car/motorcycle chased out of the zone also and tell the police which direction to go.

Even under everyday circumstances they seldom follow traffic laws, but they sure expect cars and trucks to follow the laws that they flaunt on a regular basis. I had the pleasure of serving on a jury of a guy suing someone for millions of dollars all because he, the motorcycle driver, was being stupid and showing off for his girlfriend and got severely injured as a result of his stupid behavior. He was trying to lay the blame elsewhere. I was tickled pink when they rest of the jurors agreed with me and sent this guy packing in his wheel chair and said essentially, "Pay your own medical costs punk!"

Airport, head to LAX, or Burbank. Helicopters can't fly in restricted airspace.
