Very nice PIT. Police officers need to train with the Arkansas State Police. They perform PITs on a regular basis, often over 100 mph, with the runner being relatively unhurt. Don’t bother trying to flee in AR because they don’t give up.

It isn't the officer's decision, it is their commanding officer's decision. Many departments have policies that allow for hours-long chases.
Send them to Arkansas for training. Almost all the State Police there are PIT qualified.
