Dude, in my first impression I thought this channel randomly posts anything but as they mentioned in bio we need not pay for costly german classes!! This is so wonderful they repeat it slowly and also tell us beforehand if there is an exception! I'm currently learning A1 and this is lovely! I used to learn not even 10 phrases in 10 days but Now I learn 20 phrases in a day cause of them!..Thanks a lot dude..Means a lot to me!
You guys can help me figure out how the hell you pronounce this "ch" in German. Sounds like it's slightly different but I'm not sure how to exactly pronounce it. Can someone show me the perfect IPA to pronounce please.
@@dannyq3627 Let's take *ich* for example. So you pronounce it *eehhh-sh(but somewhat silent *sh*) But in *nacht* - we're pronouncing *na-hh-kt* I think it's *hhh* sound, try it exhaling air from your mouth. Still if it isn't clear.. I think you should see use of *ch* in other sentence.

I lost my Great Aunty who was German, she married my grandfather's brother when he was stationed in Germany during war a British air force Geordie brought my lovely aunt to uk. She taught me words but never taught me German as she said you speak English,that's all you need. I want to learn now so when I go to visit family I don't have to be getting translation to English. I understand better than I speak. Looking forward to being able to speak with confidence.

I use these videos to sleep actually! It helps me retain information in my sleep as crazy as that sounds but it works. It just reinforces all my studies. And when do we pronounce it as "kh"
According to what is understood, "sh" when when it's "....sch..." and "kh" when there's a "....cht..." .
kh after a, o, u, au
But "Ich" and "nicht" have different pronunciations.
@@oznerolzednem8403 No, they don't. The ch in Ich and Nicht sound like the H in Human, unless you're from Berlin I guess.
I use these videos to sleep actually! It helps me retain information in my sleep as crazy as that sounds but it works. It just reinforces all my studies. I'm so thankful this series and all the others exist. Thank you for these videos! I move to Germany next year for vocational training as a chef, so these are truly a life saver.
