This is kinda normal. Ur lines shouldn’t be making constant noise. Surging and settling is normal but it’s optimal to have 0 movement. On large vessels like this even 5 knots of wind and or current is enough to cause issues. Weird science to it. I’m an engineer so not too sure about all of it but most of the large vessels I have been on uses 5-10 bow and stern lines along with a solid number of spring lines
