Morels with ricotta...well huh? Gonna have to give that a try. We don't get very many Morels around my neck of the woods. But I do get some nice puff balls in my yard, which must be pretty good cuz I caught a gal running across my yard to nab them!
It as delicious. Puff balls are also really good, but you just have to make sure that you get them right when they are fresh. They can go bad quickly.
