  • The UCD Earth Institute Democracy and the Environment series continues with a second event at the Museum of Literature of Ireland on 30 April 2024, Expert Advice & the Environment. The event featured environmental economics expert Dr Finbarr Brereton (Head of UCD Environmental Policy) and, Dr Simon Mooney (UCD Environmental Policy) in a conversation panel with the participation of Anne Graham CEO of the National Transport Authority and, Dr Shane Timmons Senior Research Officer from the Economic & Social Research Institute, hosted by Earth Institute Director Professor Eoin O'Neill, and facilitated by Dr Linda Fox-Rogers (UCD Ad Astra Fellow, School of Architecture, Planning and Environmental Policy).

Very insightful presentation. I'm glad that I will be coming to UCD this fall to pursue an MSc in Environmental Policy.
