Nicely done, but not carb-free due to the addition of starch in the egg mixture.
This is definitely not a home cook dish, takes tremendous skills to pull off. Getting to see Lucas swear in public alone is worth it though.
nah I wouldnt trust that it cooks the pork all the way lol. I rather cook the filling and then put it in the egg

We celebrate Chinese New Year. Everything we commemorate is Chinese tradition related ONLY - 醒獅、利是、春聯 etc. Not to mention Chinese zodiac 生肖and Chinese lunisolar calendar 中國農曆
