Hi Adam, Look forward to running into you in the Villages. Keep in mind I’m still part time in the Villages and it looks like I have at least another year to go to make the permanent move. Still working too hard.
Gary, One thing you might want to mention in your budget discussions and attempts at projecting affordability into the future is: "What happens to income if/when one spouse passes." While most expenses except for healthcare and food stays the same, Social Security can be cut by 50%; generally the remaining spouse gets the higher benefit. Also annuities and ither pensions can terminate or move into survivor payments. Just some sad food for thought.
HI Mike. I think you can't go wrong on the homes as the Villages. They really do know how to build and how they layout one home to the next is to make it nice neighbor to neighbor. Now location is another story! When I looked at Finney I thought it was too far away from things I wanted especially by golf cart. Now DeLuna is between Rte 301 and the Turnpike but a little trip to Brownwood over the Water Lily bridge. If you haven't been to the Villages I recommend a trip.
Great information. Thank you so much as we are planning to move to TV next year. Keep up the informative videos.
Thank you Gary! Always informative! We will be neighbors in November! See you then! And yes Dave Monty spreadsheet is a great tip and help!

@@GaryAbbott I know the feeling! I'm still working too, but lucky to be able to work remotely.
Thanks Gary...
