The most annoying thing about this game (or maybe the active server) is how many rules there are for literally everything that is impossible to keep track of making you have to walk on eggshells to not break any rules. For example A raffe literally killed me for being in his precious personal space even though i was laying down several meters away and instead of telling me to move he made several raffe movments saying i should have known that those meant move later when i brought it up in global chat (no idea how anyone could have interpreted that 😂) and then went up and killed me. Then there is the rules about how many chunks you’re allowed to have, how many you’re allowed to be in the group (which to make it more difficult ofc varies from animal to animal and gender to gender too in some cases) and many other silly rules that makes it feel more like studying law than playing a game 😵💫
The thing that bothers me about the hippos in this game is that they can swim. Actual hippos irl can NOT swim at all, they literally run across the bottom of lakes and rivers, and when they need air, they jump and breach.
The fact this early access game has DLC that altogether costs £61 and most of them individually cost only slightly less than the actual game is absolutely bonkers

It going to be very difficult for beginners to get hybrid because (I heard on a dev blog) you have to search the entire map and deliver the egg somewhere ONCE you find it… :/
As much as I like some skins and the fact you get more slots from some, I've refused to buy any of the DLC because it's just...gross to me. They aren't short on funds, not when people pay $150 to have access to some albino/melanistic skins (that not even all the animals have).

Hippos are actually great swimmers what are you talking about? They prefer to run along the bottom but they can and will swim.
They can swim they just like running across rivers...
@@BBoyxXxMkayxXxLexiThey cant swim. They have so much muscle that they are negatively buoyant and are so dense they just sink.
The animations for the hippo are also completely wrong, hippos do not gallop like a horse their running is very different.
