Al Badia Restaurant Structure Fire Report

A large amount of smoke from the restaurant BBQ vent on the roof caused passersby to report a structure fire. Upon arrival the Villa Park Fire Department investigated the source of the smoke that had filled a large portion of the parking lot. The source was determined to be a BBQ oven that got out of hand and emitted smoke through the ventilation system, There was no damage or injuries.
