I'm Penangites experienced living in Borneo and KL what can I say living in Penang is more chill same goes as Borneo. But in KL is quite rushing in every aspect of life, plus wasting time on the road but KL offer efficient public transport that is benefit living in KL

Penang.. great food and nice place but unfortunately the people are so uncivilized and selfish... Why is there so much sadness in people of Penang that you have to drive your cars in that manner... Embarrassment to humanity... Grow up and be courteous to each other... Just watch out for car with P no plate anywhere in Malaysia
