    Thanks, I appreciate your comments and offer of advice a lot. I'll certainly take on board the balancing..I've heard somewhere that it's really necessary on T3's. Happy riding from Czech Republic.

    Fantastic job! It looks stunning! I'm in the process of doing my 1981 Cali T3.. at the moment the crank is being machined as it was on the limit of permitted wear. so new o/s front and rear mains, Ist o/s conrod shell bearings.. the list goes on.. how's the new oil pump? I'm due to fit one shortly. Very interesting for me as you can imagine.. just hope it turns out a little like your beauty

      I would recommend, while everything is apart, to balance your cranck, flywheel, connecting rods, pistons and alternator rotor, makes a huge difference.
      The new oil pump gives more stable oil pressure at low revs (according to documentation ) .
      So far, I clocked 700 Km and I'm still braking in she rides beautifully, even better than a new one :)
