I'm seriously confused how 100 Grand, Cookies N Creme, and Lindt made this tournament.

100 grand is nasty
100 Grand is polarizing cause of the competing lightness of the rice and thickness of the caramel, Cookies N Creme is *overwhelmingly* sweet (I eat all kinds of super sugary candy but that stuff makes my throat burn), and I've met tons of people who just don't like Lindt because it's "too fancy", like there's higher quality ingredients that don't feel as rewarding as eating the super sugary cheaper stuff.

In germany, we have Lindt chocolate in aaaall variations, that’s why I know how their chocolate tastes. Why was it even up there? Their stuff is beyond great.

As a European I agree. When I was traveling in the US I realised how everything was way sweeter than in Europe. So maybe Americans generally think over sweetened chocolate is better than the higher quality Swiss chocolate.

Norwegian here. The fact that Cookies 'n' creme and Hershey's Gold are on the board, but not regular Hershey bars is hilarious to me. Hershey's milk chocolate tastes like vomit to most people outside the US. Apparently it has something to do with the chemical process of making a Hershey's bar that gives it that weird, tangy flavor.

Lol, a quick story: I loved the original Milky Way as a kid and honestly it still is a favorite of mine. But then I started not liking candy bars as much, because they're so sweet, and really liking dark chocolate and other not-so-sweet sweets instead. And then I found Milk Way Midnight and I just really prefer that version. The sweetness from the caramel works *really* well with the darker chocolate. It is an actual piece of heaven for me.
Anyway, I'm just really happy that it got thrown to the bucket.
My step sister and I kept a variety bag in a mini fridge at the restaurant we use to work at and by the end of the week it would just be the midnights left..

The nougat inside is a lot sweeter, so it clashes unpleasantly with the dark chocolate coating. If they had toned the sweetness of the filling down I'd probably like them a lot more.
