- Hello people. we have a classic from the 90s men's fragrance era, its called Escape for men, a fruity summery day to day base fragrance for everyday men. prices on these varies from 25-35 USD depending on the bottle sizes.

Major notes to my nose: tropical fruits like banana, mango and then winter melon, citrus, rosemary, sea notes, rosemary, amber and sage.
Recommended for men of any age, daily usage, casual, work, gym and school.

I have worn this every day for 29 years and I'll never get sick of it. To me, it's the greatest men's fragrance ever made.
I never thought I’d see a reviewer make a video on this gear fragrance. This was the first fragrance I owned.
Do you still own it? it has been reformulated - do you still enjoy it? I am wondering about buying it!
You are so right back in my day (I’m 45) I use to wear escape for women and my boyfriend at the time wore escape for men! I can’t wear the women’s escape anymore it actually turns my stomach now! But the men’s escape is to die for!!!! 🤫 I have bought it for every boyfriend I have ever had! Amazing scent! Way overlooked in the fragrance community although I do see some people talking about it lately which is good! Anytime I smell someone wearing this I hunt them down! Very unique scent if you ask me I can pinpoint it instantly!

I honestly always viewed it as a green fragrance, I never got the fruity vibe. I guess I'll have to smell it again.
I like this scent, own a bottle from 2016 and, in my opinion this is a hard one to use. The problem is it's very easy to overapply and if you do, you might make people want to leave the room and induce one or two headaches. Once you find out the correct amount of sprays, you'll get a good performance out of your Escape. Better for outdoor use. In the drydown I get a nice pencil shavings like note.
Great choice, I live in Arizona where it’s dry and hot most the year. Calvin Klein Escape always works well for me.

My scent of the day is Azzaro L'eau I wore it 2 days ago and some lady asked my wife what im wearing Azzaro L'eau and Escape are the best cheap summer cheapies ...Escape is 18 bucks fragrancenet and 25 at Ross criminally underratted in the boujie community

Hey Joy. You're right about the memories. Despite moving on to niche scents I rebuy Escape as it means 1994 for me.

I think Calvin Klein Escape can use an upgrade. I would love to see an EDP or Intense release with a darker note of vetiver or something to that effect like they did with Eternity for Men.

I agree, these Designers have become so scared to be experimental with their releases. We want something unique, but then in the same review the reviewer says, but it isn't mass appealing enough.. So do we want mass appealing or do we want unique fragrances? I want companies to be bold again, release something that is going to shake the cages a little. Ecxite our nasal passages from all the Aventus, Sauvage, and Blue de Chanel clones of the fragrance world.
I still have the frosted bottle somebody bought it for my birthday when I was moving I lost the bottle now I found it happy I found it brings me back
i don't know the current situation with this juice as far as formulation but the OG from back in the 90s was fire and to me is very underrated. Very clean and masculine in the same line of Issey Miyake L'Eau d'issey which i also love.
I’m confused with how much I love it. Simplistic yet unique. Rapidly becoming a go to.. I get a powdered candy banana runts vibe.

Hello friend. thank u for this review. have u ever heard about perfume which call Cosa Nostra by Paris Elysees? so, this fragrance is very similar to Escape CK. I guess,it was copied from Escape,and this fragrance was very popular within CIS territory in 90's

I noticed the best smelling colognes I wear are always sweet but manly and girls rub up on me like the axe commercials and I get alot of compliments from guys wearing those types of colognes this is one of those types polp black is too but I just wasted a bottle of this in the frosted glass cause the seal broke

I have been searching for the original smell of the 1990 Calvin Klein Escape for men.I had the original back in 2013,sadly the bottle broke on my way back from Amsterdam.So far all the bottles that I have bought do not smell like the original.the original was dark and woodsy smell.The new smell does not seem to last long.I agree with everyone,the classic was the bomb.
So the new reformulation is not worth it? :(
@@jendysklement7632 Don't waste your Money. It does not even last. My new go to is Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud. Has a very similar woody scent. Very affordable and worth it for a Parfum scent and last all day. My clothes still smell like my cologne even the next day.

No, this is not too sweet. Y is very sweet, too sweet for me but I like Escape because it's not too sweet.

I have this cologne. I hate it. It's so powerful and strong. Gives me a headache. I thought I'd absolutely love it, however huge disappointment. I find Calvin Klein's colognes to be pretty bad for the most part. The only fragrance that's tolerable is Eternity. That's a pretty good cologne.
I don't smell banana or mango but I get a boozy note with this one, kinda like an over ripen fruit alcohol smell which I like very much.
