I bought a new bottle recently. I still have a little bit leftover from almost 30 years ago. The new bottle smells very linear and lighter. The little bit of vintage sample I have left smells much more richer and complex.
I used Escape when it first came out in the 90s. And i just bought a new bottle today at a rack store. To me, they smell similar and nothing has changed much. But I remember the old version (with the frosted glass) smells a little more boozy than the new one.
Wouldn't all the escape since not in production be expired? I just bought one and mine smells wicked. It was so good in the 90's. My bottle I just got is foul.

I agree with you! The reformulation isn’t as good! This was my signature scent growing up. I loved it! Great memories
