Flightlink flight YS401 from Dar es Salaam "Julius Nyerere", runway 05, to Zanzibar "Abeid Amani Karume", runway 36, on ATR 72-500 5H-FLA.

Hello, could you please help me with a question? I know the flight from Zanzibar to Dar es salaam is short, but is 2 hours and 30 minutes enough to get to Dar es salaam and catch a flight from there to Doha?

You'd need to consider time for any flight delays (often!) and going through security, passport control and (possibly) luggage check-in in DAR. You also need to walk between the two terminals. So unless you have a through ticket (connection guaranteed), 2.5 hours might be a tight one, even without luggage.
