Hello, could you please help me with a question? I know the flight from Zanzibar to Dar es salaam is short, but is 2 hours and 30 minutes enough to get to Dar es salaam and catch a flight from there to Doha?

Sunt persoană cu handicap grav, utilizez în mod curent pentru deplasare scaun cu rotile, dar pe distanţe scurte pot să mă deplasez pe picioare, cu sprijin în cârjă şi/sau sub supravegherea unui însoţitor. În 2021 fiica mea a achiziţionat şi plătit 4 bilete de avion pentru mine, soţia mea, pentru ea şi soţul ei pentru a zbura cu TAROM de la Bucureşti la Oradea şi de la Oradea la Bucureşti. Cu o lună înainte de zbor am trimis prin email către TAROM o Notificare în conformitate cu Art.7 din Regulamentul (CE) nr. 1107/2006 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului din 5 iulie 2006 privind drepturile persoanelor cu handicap și ale persoanelor cu mobilitate redusă pe durata călătoriei pe calea aerului în care am cerut la TAROM să-mi fie asigurate serviciile de asistenţă prevăzute în Anexa 1 la Regulament. TAROM a refuzat să mă transporte susţinând că avioanele ATR 42/72 care zboară pe această linie, din punct de vedere constructiv nu pot transporta persoane cu handicap.
