Very well done Guys! Really happy that we intensively collaborated with this Cambio Manuale (Dr S) conversion project by researching and providing the Smart F1 Bypass ECU which makes this conversion even more Plug & Play without needing to configure or reflash any ECUs. Our device also allows to be configured as an E-DIFF Bypass which makes it 2 products in one unit. By default, the E-DIFF is kept enabled and will be managed just as stock.

Awesome project. The fact that Dr. S made a business on manual conversions means Ferrari (and all other supercar manufacturers) should dribble out manual cars on occasion.

Wow, that kit looks very well thought out. It seems a lot more straight forward than the other option that's available. Looking forward to seeing the installation. I think having the small gate attached somewhere on the car would be the perfect touch!

We had about 50 brake pedals for a 360 and 430 that were sent to Dr S so that is a factory part that has been machined. Those pedals would have never sold if it wasnt for these conversions. WIN for FerrParts!

This series has got me wondering if its possible to convert a maserati granturismo which has the same F1 trans thats in the F430. Theres no information about this online but I think this would be really interesting, especially since they were never offered with a manual from the factory.
It would need some different parts and I'm not sure about the computers

Yes. Some don't care and some do. It's hit and miss
Does this kit work on a scud? And if it does, does it even make sense to (both from enjoyment and car value perspective)?
I don't know if it will work on a Scud, but personally I think converting a Scud is a terrible idea.

Wondering what happens in 20y when the shift cables break?
Same problem for the OEM cars.
In 20 years you put new ones in, all mechanical parts will eventually fail or wear out. It’s just a question of when.
There are companies that can make pretty much any control cable from a sample or drawing.That is if you cannot buy an original cable. And shift cables really do not break that often. It's not really a concern.
If we choose to get it installed at your company can you find a place to do a ferrari horse engraving?
If we can't, it's pretty easy to remove the gate

Probably.... What do I know about Priuses? Lol
Is this a good idea for a Ferrari? How does it affect the value of the car? Imo, it is not genuine anymore. I also feel no Ferrari dealership may not take part in any future service or repairs.
