GFRIEND came back today! The song is really beautiful and soothing! I know that it has the same chord progression as "Love Whisper" at the chorus, but I think it's probably because of the fact that their last album was called Parallel, so they have two sides of a song (Love Whisper being the happy side and Summer Rain, the sad). But, the two songs have lots of difference between each other so they aren't the "same". Anyway, this song is still really enjoyable and I love the strings in it and how they played with the piano sample.
So, for the mashup, I intended to do a "Love Whisper X Summer Rain MASHUP", but since I was at school, the mashup was already done lol. So, I just thought of making a mashup with "Rough" instead. Unexpectedly, it was harder to do this mashup. Like, when I tried to match both instrumentals, I couldn't really do it because it seems that the tempo of "Summer Rain" is tricky (or maybe it's just my audio file or program idk..) but it took longer to do this mashup. Also, that's why I had to change my way to do mashups so yeah... I hope you'll like this mashup! Also, I'm not sure if the songs are on the same key because there are some weird sounding parts for me.
P.S: I want to do another mashup with "Summer Rain", but I don't really have an idea with what song to do a mashup with. So, if you have ideas, I'll consider them! :)
