    I absolutely love this classic from Yarbrough & Peoples! It sounds great on the Alto Professional Buskers.
    I can believe that (2) of them fit into just a single 8” Gator Case!? Wow! I keep an Alto Professional TS408 in mine solely for the purpose of Ceremonial & Cocktail use

    Nice video! I got the Alto for my bday last week from my wife. I was a little disappointed. I have 2 Bose S1 and i perform almost every day...I thought I could use the Alto as an alternate but it didnt sound up to par with the Bose.I thought about buying a second Alto...wound up using the Alto as a mixer for the Bose...better than Bose reverb...good luck!

      As a BIG Bose fan, I was all set to get a pair of the S1 original Pros which I have heard. The Bose has a great full sound but less features and a little less volume. The Alto Busker has a 3 band EQ which allows me to drop the mids to under midway and raise my lows and highs for very clean sound. Play around with the channel EQs in the app. Hope this may help a little.
      It is a compliment to be in the same discussion as Bose. As far as size and power and even appearance, they are close competitors, but YES the Bose is the bar.
      Also, tell the wifey how much you appreciate her for supporting you in your music.
      Very rare!

      @georgethedj4946 thanks for your reply! Yes, I've been playing with the sound.and the Alto app...not as intricate as the JBL EON 1 app...(yes I have that also)😉 but that Alto dsp is a welcome addition as a singer/ entertainer. I use a windows tablet for my music tracks. I like your "double headed" speaker stand. It reminded me of once seeing the "Temptations" mic stand. It came up single from the base and branched off into 5 separate mic stands for each Temp! Very cool! I use a Ultimate "air powered" speaker stand. (I'm performing a long time and used to use way heavier larger speakers and these save your back. Thanks for mentioning my wife as she's a very talented singer and she retired last December and now went from part time singer to a more frequent duo with me. And her talent IS a "rare find!" Be well and great luck to you,George!

      @@barryprofessionalmusicianc832 good comment.. but would you say that 2 buskers with eq settings would sound better than 1 bose s1 pro.. considering the bass(low end) quality .. with regards to the loudness of the bass before distorting.. ?

    • @barryprofessionalmusicianc832
      @barryprofessionalmusicianc832 5 місяців тому

      @dwayneballadin4842 hi thanks. I think if I had a Bose S1 with the dsp as on the Busker, would be a really cool speaker! Lol..oh and also the same weight as the Busker.
      Take care!

    Hi and thanks for your great review. I have the Everse 8 and wanted a small speaker (and a cheaper one) to link to it. I also have a 10" Alto speaker and very happy with it but it's not battery powered. I heard that the battery on this speaker is not user replacable. That might be a deal breaker for me as what happens down the road if the battery doesn't hold a charge as it used to? Then you're forced to use electricity which defeats the whole purpose of this. I'm curious to find out if they even offer a battery replacement from the company.

    Do you know if the audio from plugged in devices on channels 1-3 gets sent over to the 2nd wirelessly connected speaker? Or is it just the Bluetooth audio that goes wirelessly?

    Hi, I just got my pair of Alto Professional Busker speakers. However, do you know how to link the second Alto speaker when using my phone's Bluetooth for connecting? I downloaded the app and clicked on STEREO LINK , but I always get an error message saying "unable to connect - the linking process has timed out. Please ensure all the devices are in range."

    • @georgethedj4946
      @georgethedj4946  7 місяців тому +3

      It took me a while too. Make sure both speakers are on. Pair Bluetooth with one speaker and then the link button on the same speaker and then the second speaker. I did not link using the app. Understand you are 1 linking the app and then 2 linking again for Bluetooth. Hope this helps helps

    Put some padding between the speakers to prevent nicks and scratches.

      @@voilatek7737 Mackie is known for great low end. I haven’t heard the thump gos but have heard good things about them. Mackie has a Thrasher 212 battery powered speaker that is new as well. Think it just boils down to personal preference. I am an Alto fan and wanted something really small.
      None of these Battery powered speakers are going to compete with a regular full size speaker but they get close.
