- I wanted to add a twist to your ASMR cranial nerve examination roleplay by including concise dictations of the finding. This goal is to create a better understanding of what I’m doing, as well as adding an additional layer to the ASMR using verbal triggers. Please enjoy.

Agree. I woke up in the middle of the night to a video of someone rolling a lozenge around their mouth and I was never more prepared for extreme violence in my life.

Your 'Dark Room Eye Exam & Dictaphone recording (roleplay)' from 2 years ago is still my absolute favorite of yours, as you exhibit such a pleasurable monotone voice while recording your findings. This one is a close second! Well done and keep up the excellent work!
Unfortunately I didn’t like the sound quality on that video. But if you’re happy, that’s what matters most.
@@SRPASMR Haha you might be right, but the convincing unintentional vibe you have in your voice when recording on the dictaphone in that particular video easily prevails! Not sure if I'm able to describe it adequately, but I really like that you use a slightly warmer tone with variable pitch and less technical vocabulary when addressing the patient, and then change to a very professional monotone voice when dictating. Anyway, thanks for having taken the time to reply! 👍

Another calming video SRP! I have a video suggestion. You may know that new VR headsets require eye adjustments, like setting your IPD. Some headsets even require doing an eye measurements to get the correct prescription for the lens insert like the upcoming Apple Vision Pro. Maybe you could do a session to assist a patient/customer with getting the best fitment and view. The Meta Quest 3 just came out and that could be a fun prop to use. Keep doing what you’re doing, you are the best!
Yes, I will need to make an appointment with an optometrist soon. The frame on my main pair of reading glasses broke a couple days ago, right at the inner left lens. My backup pair is not doing the job. One eye needs more correction than the other. And thankfully, I just washed my ears before I sat down for this exam. I apologize for falling asleep before the exam ended.

I used to work for a doctor that did old school dictations onto tape. A medical transcriptionist would come pick up the tapes and compose the letters to send to the referring docs and PCPs. Whew. Brought back some memories.
I wish they had the time and money to do this still.
