Chaves Scapegoat Bad M390?!

is it bad or is it just me? bad heat treat? just a cracked egg? maybe its just my own fault for thinking m390 was tougher then it actually is and i know your not supposed to pry with your knife but i am curious what you all think?!
Also if you have a video of anyone actually using their scapegoat id love to see it.

I don’t think the problem is the m390 or the Chaves Scapegoat in general. I think they sold you a defective one. Should ask them to replace.

Harder steels are more brittle... they tend to chip and snap. Your cheap knife will probably bend or roll it's edge before it chips or snaps.

How about a blade swap, see if it’s still smooth. If you use them they may break, it’ll be alright brother.
