I just bought the MRW-200 (the smaller of the two) with black face and light green numbers. It’s very comfortable and works perfectly (of course - it’s a Casio).
Very nice Aron! I really like the 43mm model for it's Casio quality, it's perfect size, decent lume, day/date function, 100m WR, being easy to read, quartz accuracy and a $15 dollar price point! Perfect beater!
I wear the 50mm version when I ride my motorcycle on dirt trails. It's super easy to read under short gloves. The lume doesn't work well at night, but the white dial shines light on the hands.
A year ago, I dropped my prized blue Casio Dive from a 10 story, 120 foot tall buisiness tower. Just for kicks. It has never felt so alive! Ticks as well as the day that I got it!!
Wow! That larger model looked huge on your wrist. My comfort zone is 42-44 mm. I always hate when the watch snobs criticize people for wearing big watches. I figure who made them the watch police)))) I stand corrected. Size can definitely be an issue.
It is huge!! But, for some reason I really like it. It would make a great watch for adventure and outdoors as its super tough, light and so easy to read at a glance. I'm not wearing it around town, I definitely think the 43mm fills the day to day best. Take care Chris!
You know, for the price, why the hell not. I have many higher end pieces but I actively wear a Casio MDV106 "Marlin" as a beater. Great value! Nice review - and a perfect gift for a growing boy!
Hello, Aron! :) Nice watches you got there and nice review. I like the bigger one most. As I mentioned on your MDV106 review that the movement is from CITIZEN, model Miyota 2115, here's the same deal. On both of those watches are CITIZEN movements, very reliable. Unfortunately I don't remember the reference model names. Cheers! 🍻
i bought the 50 mm version... i have bad vision so bigger is better !!! this plastic wonder keeps perfect time ... over the course of 30 days it was still on time to the second!!! tell me again how a rolex is a bargain !!! just jidding ... good videos please keep them coming ...ttfn...
I bought the MRW 300 yellow face back in June 2014. It's literally the MRW 200 series but with a tough solar technology module (similar to the mrw 200's 5125 module but with a solar cell). The only flaw making this design a good combat watch in my opinion is the fact that the glass scratches up very easily due to the design that the glass is a bit too exposed (not sunk deep enough to let the bezel take the rap). Other than that, it's light and the module is accurate and durable.
I would love to find one of these!! You are absolutely right about the crystal. It is what it is at the price point. There are crystal protectors out there that can help. Cheers 😎👍👊
Nice review Aron,. Compact on combat watches...way to go! The "200" is the right choice to go imho. Only downside the "skinny" minute hand, looks bit silly. Like also the dotted dial, i'm a big fan of this for these kind of watches. The "210" would be huge on my wrist, dont like the hands too. Pitty i get just one of them for the price you get two there... if i get any at all at the moment... (did i hear someone saying christmas???) LOL! Have a nice weekend m8!
I ordered one of these 43mm watches. I'm really curious to see it in person! The 50mm has a great dial, i especially like the oversized numerals but its unfortunately too big for me.
The smaller one looks amazing for the price. I gotta ask, what's the story with the "Instruments of Surrender" in the background? Pretty cool historical piece, very unique!
The smaller version is definitely the favorite. As for the instrument of surrender, my wife's grandfather worked at the legion of valor museum locally for years. At his 90th birthday, they held a party for him. This was one of the things he was presented with. I'm very thankful to have it. It a lithograph from the original, laminated onto at presentation board. Thanks for asking, and have a good one!😊👍
Great Beater but maybe lacks the functions I need for a Beater that I get from my 5610 G-Shock I wear for world travel. For the money though it would be a great watch as a dialed alternative to my G-Shock🤔
Thank you! That is actually the stock strap. I have a video up of that watch in my lineup. The factory Casio strap is super comfortable!! Take care Mayhendra😎👍
Aron Dunlap-OFD Watch Channel Okay. I’ll be sure to give that video a look. Once again, thanks for the interesting content and unique analysis of watches. Take care 👍🏽
Leave it to Aron to mix things up a bit. We all know that Casio makes great watches from less than $10.00 to over $1000.00. I'm impressed by both but really like the 43mm with the lume. I figure the lume on it will be all but gone within 30 min, but hey... For $16.00 who cares. Great beater, hunter, shooting watch. And if you lose it, just buy one less box of ammo this week and get yourself another Casio.
I have the same watch and sometimes I have difficulty reading the hour and minute hand because they blend on the watch face which is white. Do you experience that too?
To all you guys who play Navy SEAL on YT comment boards (seriously, if we had that many people with SEAL training, our wars would last about 3 hours), you'll probably want to start at $200 when looking for that "mission" watch, then likely double it. :)
Only 2.39 mins and…already angry at Casio/ G Shock, that feel the need to have these 2 tone colour hour and second hands…they are plain ugly..😖 especially when they cross(referring to 2.39 minutes in video) To me, just looks like a glaring mistake.. an oversight, the black ends, were supposed to be cut out, in the manufacturing process, someone forgot..🙄 and left them in at the last minute😳🤔… ok..rant over…
Casio watches are of the worst quality because most of them fit with 4 bolts in a resin box or plastic those 4 holes are overcome when you change in the second battery and as careful as they do and you can no longer dive it into the water a great decision the Cassios with bolts
Casio watches make me happy.
Just can't beat a Casio. Proper watch company with time tested quality
I just bought the MRW-200 (the smaller of the two) with black face and light green numbers. It’s very comfortable and works perfectly (of course - it’s a Casio).
these watches are better than smart watches
harsha vardhan 2019 Agree. I have no interest in having all the crap from my phone on my wrist as well.
Ian Smith trust me a 30 dollar casio is better than this,
ABSOLUTELY!
Very nice Aron! I really like the 43mm model for it's Casio quality, it's perfect size, decent lume, day/date function, 100m WR, being easy to read, quartz accuracy and a $15 dollar price point! Perfect beater!
Absolutely bro!! Very fun watch at s brilliant price. Have a great weekend buddy 😎👍
Thank You!, Dunlap ... My Regards from Brazil!

Excellent!! Thanks for adding some great information. 😎👊💥

Thanks for the video; always looking for quality, low-cost watches for everyday use.
These are perfect! Cheers
Fantastic video! You just gained a new subscriber! I ended up buying the larger of the two watches and I love it.
Thank you!! It's really a great watch for the money!!😎👍

Definitely a great watch for a kid. My daughter has a 36mm white one like this. 50m WR but it works great!! Take care Dan😎👍
@@OFD I might pick up that one for myself! I have 6.5" wrists, so perfect!
The smaller MRW is a really great holiday/outdoors watch.I've owned 3,still have 2,great grab n go from Casio.Cheers OFD
Absolutely perfect grab n go watch. Cheers 😎👍
I like the small one with all the Lumi-Lume..😅 Great one! 👍
Lumi-lume bro!!😎👍👊

Love how the seconds hit the marks....so many other brands are lacking in this basic function. The 50 is just too big for everyday wear.
Jon O For Boomers with big wrists and very bad vision.
I have that smaller one since 2015.... it's really my beater watch... thanks for the vid bro
I just bought one of these as a beater/yard work watch.
Perfect!
Nice review, I prefer the smaller one, have the same which I upgraded the lume, makes a great beater watch.
May I ask how did you upgrade the lume ?
frq max the lume is applied by hand, you can see it on my channel.thanks

Just ordered the oversized watch in all black

Polywatch can help with the scratches.
Casio make a lot of cool piece especially as a value proposition.
😎👍
Can’t wait for when they have a watch emoji. Both are really neat for so little money.
I have the blue mrw 200, and the white mrw 210. I find the mrw 200 to be less restrictive, and more comfortable to wear.
Nice review Aron,. Compact on combat watches...way to go! The "200" is the right choice to go imho. Only downside the "skinny" minute hand, looks bit silly. Like also the dotted dial, i'm a big fan of this for these kind of watches.

I have 6 Casio watches my favorite watches 2 white dial 3 black dial and 1 camo dial diver style watches I love my CASIO watches
Nice to have that variety. They are so great for the money! Thanks for tuning in 😎👍
I ordered one of these 43mm watches. I'm really curious to see it in person! The 50mm has a great dial, i especially like the oversized numerals but its unfortunately too big for me.
I love there analog/digital dive watch. Great beater watch...
Good grief you can see the first one from space .
Thanks for the great review of 2 amazingly inexpensive watches!! I'm digging the 43mm for sure!!!
Have the one with all numerals, bought years ago. Just bought this one in black dial and gild accents. All-round great watch for the $!
The smaller one looks amazing for the price. I gotta ask, what's the story with the "Instruments of Surrender" in the background? Pretty cool historical piece, very unique!

@@OFD Cool! I moved to Japan a few years back, and my Grandma was Japanese, she was living in Okinawa during the war.
Great Beater but maybe lacks the functions I need for a Beater that I get from my 5610 G-Shock I wear for world travel.
For the money though it would be a great watch as a dialed alternative to my G-Shock🤔
5610 definitely has the functionality down!! Awesome watch. Like you say, they do make a great Analog alternative. Cheers 😎👍👊
Got one for Christmas (large). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
recommend the 24.. serves a good purpose .
Aron, nice Indeed, thanks for the video!
Thanks for watching Steven!😎👍👊
I wish A1371 watch had a rotating dial but Mrw 200h is really a great alternative
Love some of those Combat Style watches. I have a great Luminox bought years ago, and the lume on it is just fantastic. Also very easy to read!
Nice watch
I have the smaller one , I do like the hands on the bigger one though.
Casio mrw 200h vs W 219h Who is better...??? Bagus mana/pilih mana. 🙏😊
Great watch maker. But I'm worried they will miss the smart watch phase like Sony and MP3.
Bought the MRW 200h with a yellow face a few years ago, gotta replace the battery. I like the smaller casio, gotta find the same with a Yellow face
Hi Aron. Great Video as usual 😊
What strap do you have on the Square GShock you were wearing?

Forget the watches, I want the knife!! :) Is that a custom Buck 110?
You sound exactly like Jaime Rivera frOm pocketnow IMO😂
If i use this in the shooting range, will the recoil affect the watch movement or should i stick to gshock?
It should be fine. I use it for mountain biking 🚵♀️
Glass size please.
The one to get is Mrw-200h-7bv

If I would like to change the strap of my 210, what would be the right mm? 22 or 24?
Some advice please, is it better to buy the 200H or 210H considering quality and durability? Basically asking which will last longer?
I would go with the 200h. I think it has a longer track record and tested durability. Batteries are around 3 years on either one 👍
@@OFD thanks a lot for the reply. South Africas biggest online retailer has good specials on them so I'm definitely getting one.
I have the same watch and sometimes I have difficulty reading the hour and minute hand because they blend on the watch face which is white. Do you experience that too?
It can happen in certain light.
Maybe the solution is replacing it with another hand that is thin and has different color
Is it low maintenance and durable?
👍 yes!
like me casio duro casio make some cool budget watches cheers
Yeah, some of the best Budget watches around. Have a good one Craig!
I certify this video with an SLT Index of 15.
Yes!!!😂
50 way too big
Silly looking. Looks like the altimeters that skydivers strap on their wrists. I have the smaller of the two. Great watch. Perfect size.
I just got one and it’s not moving. What should I do?
Remove the plastic stopper, and push in the crown?
Where is this stopper located?
Is it durable on dropping?
They are very lightweight, so not much damage should occur.
@@OFD how bout the glass? They have visible scratch?
@@millionairebillionairetril3937Polywatch should take any scratches out.
