I was nine when I was baptized and it's a special memory as well. That's when I started walking with my Lord and have never regretted commiting to such a faithful God. Best wishes to you Calvin, always put God first and you will go far.

In two Sundays from now, four of my church youth younger sisters will be getting baptized they are ages 11, 12, 14, and 14, and their names are Alexis age 12, Camille age 11, and Emma and Keren are both age 14.

Every time I see your family get together I tear up. You are so blessed with family. My siblings either had kids way before me or not at all. 2 of them live far away. I don’t speak with 1 and the other I see every few years. I dream of having the support you do. I would love to have had times of taking my nieces and nephews and then my kids go with them. Just so many people to love and celebrate your kids ❤ what a beautiful village.

I was baptized at age 13 1/2 years young by my own daddy who is also a pastor!
As a Lutheran, we are baptized as babies, usually around 2 months old. The only way I remember it is from pictures that were taken that day. Also I had to laugh at the Gardettos comment because I love those rye chips, those are my favorite 😂 Glad you were able to get your SD card back with all your special memories.

I'm a little surprised how late they get baptized, I'm Swedish and here in Sweden it's normal to be baptized a few months after you're born, it only sometimes happens that some decide to do it a few years later a belated congratulations Calvin
When the baby is a few months old they do the blessing but I really don't know what does it consist of.
Things are not done the same way all around the world.
I wanted to ask - at what age is the baptism ceremony performed? Don't you do that as babies?
The LDS church most commonly does it when kids turn 8 years old.

Being baptized is a memory that one never forgets. Your family is so loving! I know how Jared feels with the hip as I got my right hip replacement mid-May.
My oldest son just turned 8 and he will be getting baptized next week ❤❤❤ to see my husband his daddy baptize him is so bitter sweet 😊
