@@tarickpersaud6761 a lot of people do it’s just things girls care about and guys care about are different. also the excitement and sensitivities shown between genders let alone human beings is different. Most of the time girls gossip and make things more dramatic making things more known by everyone. the guys just wanna be happy and most of the time they are watching their girl be happy because they aren’t usually as sensitive. Girls dream about this their entire lives whereas guys seem to have to be convinced nowadays to marry. I don’t see anything wrong w the bride being happy n I’m tired of hearing the negative stigma around women every time the word wedding is even mentioned. They’re both toxic if they’re not gonna compromise n take care of each other’s wishes n stay despite said partner not giving them the love they deserve.
The idea of having it gold is just so brilliant. The flavor is also extraordinary. The flowers are really great. Especially pairing it with the bouquet. White is very ordinary, having it gold makes the cake the star

My only problem with buddy is he really does what he wants. When someone says chocolate they want chocolate. Not a brown cream of any flavour.
They are consulting with him with the cake. He had to give his input as the cake designer, they came to him for his expertise. They had the option to disagree but they agreed with him about the color.

Hana Berisha I remember being so excited 7-8 years ago when it would come on. Back then the cakes were huge and amazing. It all went bad when they started branding stuff. I miss the old team and the sisters working. Just not the same. Dosent have the same quality/look like it had back then.

Magnificent flowers. It would have looked even better on a cake that was iced differently. I think a lighter yellow would have been perfect for the colors.
I dont really know about that, they were trying to go for a vintage vibe and i feel like the deep yellow captured that really nicely. But its understandable why people have reservations about it

Glad it wasn't a dinosaur this time or a Disney character, Buddy is nailing it with the flower cakes, the true artist coming out, a man show casing his craft. Not just being used by crazy clients with too much money and zero taste.
I think the cake looks really good. I really liked the yellow base.
I loved this cake for the colors, and creativity. Additionally, the fact that it's buttercream and not nasty fondant made my day.
These buttercream sponges are imposing and pretty but I'm all for the black fruitcake with royal icing as a wedding cake.
I mean how many white wedding cakes with flowers have you seen. It’s literally the most common type of wedding cake. I really like the yellow base on this. It gives a Disney princess feel.

It looks very 1970's & home made. Maybe it's the colors. The ones I've seen in other US Bakery shows are like works of arts, every line, pattern, detail & flower hand piped (those ones they peeled off paper looked pre made/store bought).
This is my favourite of the floral cakes. Modern meets tradition, Beautiful.
The cake have some essence of Danny's hand...hopefully the hair from his hand didn't fall off into the cake mixture

I think the cake is beautiful. I love the fact that it is fully covered in a decent layer of frosting. I really dislike those cakes that are covered in a thin patchy layer of frosting, so that the cake shows through all over. Those cakes look like the decorators are trying to save on frosting, or that they didn't make enough and are too lazy to make more.
I expected like a light, muted gold/yellow, not bright yellow 😂 damn, that's bright. I thought it looked more like a birthday cake or something; the flowers are great, though.

y'all do know the cake is VINTAGE Let me say it again VINTAGE....... Their are several cars mostly vintage Buggy's. and old school houses either had this color or a more yellowish color or a grayish black or pale blue. I dont think they showed us the picture she gave him but I bet it had them colors in it.
Oh and I think Gordon would love the Bakery. He might say its a little too sweet but others beautiful and delicious. I think he likes vintage as well.
Yeah they might not be the same as they were before, but we all have to grow or move on sometime. The world is becoming more advanced and costing more, so yeah. I would have extended my bakery as well. When i get a job and raise some money i will definitely visit there Bakery.
