I just saw a news blurb about you and I'm so glad i did! Of course I subscribed to your channel immediately. In the 70s i basically grew up the way you're living rn. As soon as my grandpa sold the sheep farm, and my aunts and uncles grew up moved away they were no longer in ffa so we then had no cows, pigs only horses and they were pets i was a barrel racer and pole bender. Then we sold all the homing pigeons, rabbits and chickens and by then it was late 80s and by 2000 i had every disease / disorder that was caused by inflammation. I loved our farm, if we got bored we'd put a lead rope on our horses and go exploring. Now that im older I've been sick longer than i haven't and I'm pretty positive it is linked to the change in my way of life, but as a kid I didn't have any say in it. I love your content.

So hard on your kidneys to only drink milk. It’s better to make into yogurts or anything aged. My grandmother used to tell me about her neighbours who would keep their milk in the sun on the porch. They would turn it each day until it separated completely into a curd and whey. Then they would eat the curds with salt and pepper. 🥺 I have always wondered if that was really a good thing to do though but I would definitely be open to trying it out at least once 😂

I learned how to sprout this spring for fear of food shortages. Seed to harvest in FIVE days. That will be life saving in a bad situation. PLUS it takes a very small amount of water and gives a HUGE amount of nutrients compared to the adult counterpart of the full grown plants. Sheep cheese is my favorite. I eat SO much of it all the time! I would LOVE to make my own. I wonder what alpaca cheese would be like? Alpaca wool clothing is my goal, and i need to learn your box method and hand looming. I learned how to knit in spring as well, for the. day i get to make clothing from my own alpacas. I am a wanna-be homesteader. OMG that salad is 100% what i eat exactly. When you say finishing salt, do you mean kosher salt?

@shelleypilcher3812 That's a good idea. I made myself a personals bag I wear cross body (over my right shoulder, under my left so it hangs on my left hip) and keep a camp spoon-fork-knife set I found, a collapsible cup/bowl I bought at dollar tree, my ID wallet and a good pocket folding knife I've had since I was a kid and a few other things. It works well and leaves room to collect foraged items I find while walking.

It's just a way for you to get more viewers, help more people and make more money(or be gifted with supplies). When the title of someone's video is a date, I immediately look past it bc it just sounds like another boring video that has no point and that I've already seen. However, your videos are great and very interesting so they deserve better titles and therefore viewership. In this video alone you could incorporate "eat dinner with me!" , "a day in the life of/spend the day w a nomadic Shephard", "if I can garden, so can you!/ how anyone can garden(sprouts)", "what I eat in a day as a nomadic shephard", "cheese, kefir and milk, oh my!" "so much milk, so little time"....could also include self sustaining, offgrid, mulberrys fixing that device(I forgot what it was called). Anyway, some may sound cheesy but you would definitely get more views if you had better titles not only from general interest but from people searching keywords. It doesnt have to be anything ridiculous, just something that piques interest and that people might search for.
