the solution is to first put the adapter in the computer, then turn on the headphones and hold the power button and the mute button to enter bluetooth mode, then hold only the mute button and it will connect to the adapter

This is my first Logitech headset and also the quietest headset I ever bought. Anyone think its volume is to low like I think? Is all Logitech headset out there have this same low volume characteristic?
