1968 is pre- building code for mobile homes. Most homes back then were shoddy construction and fire traps due to aluminum wiring that would overheat and catch fire. Never buy a home built before 1977. Well constructed mobile homes didn't show up until the 1990's. Before then, very few builders built good homes.
