I remember in those days my late dad had a gramophone record player that he played those great songs all the time. I was a kid then but I enjoyed the songs. Some great Igala musicians were the late Rekiya Odinewu, Baba Tokula, Nana Edibo, Ikani Ajabiti, Paul Odi, Yahaya Ogbogodo, Idrisu Egbebi, Otiwe Iyodo, Negedu, etc. May their souls rest in peace. Nigeria was great then, it was peaceful and poverty wasn't like what we have today. I wish I could turn back the years.
