yo where you in the lawn? a little after slipknot started some dude in a backpack started trying to light fires for us to mosh around, everybody passed word and or walked around giving warning to everybody around that area to let them know in case they didn't want to be around it. we where extremely cautious about how it was handled and it didnt get too outrageous or anything, and he had a backpack with plenty to put the fire out if it was too much. he like asked areas and started at least a few for people and gave em some stuff just incase. shit was absolutely fucking lit yo, met some really amazing people, did some badass drugs and heard all my favorite tracks i wanted to hear from all 3 bands. a night i will never forget. at one point i saw a security guard dragging the firebug, but luckily someone intervened and tripped the guard up and moshed him out of his grip and he took off n made a few more fires i'm pretty sure lol. he had a couple layers of cloths on a mask and hat on, so i'm pretty sure he just ran through the croud and slipped the top layer, hat, mask and backpack off and went ghost, theres 0 chance they caught him lol everybody was rooting for him. the whole thing was epic as fuck, but when the fires started, it couldn't have been any better yo. I was wondering why the police presence was a bit heftier then i thought it should have been but fucking of course, i learn later that night, that tragically someone actually got stomped to death.. if we where moshing around fires and where completely fine, theres something really fucking wrong with someone getting stomped to death. most people i saw where courteous of others and i even saw someone help someone up at one point. there was plenty good room between people most of the yard, there where a few places that where it got kinda packed i saw as i was making my way through, especially during slipknots turn, but that should have absolutely been avoided. we had room to make very decent fires to mosh around, twin size bed, maybe even queen size fires. there was room man.. i'd rather not like to think that people where just moshing on a human being, that was just there to enjoy the show just like them, and ignored the fact that it was happening, ignoring the fact that a person could loose their life, ignoring and maybe even some embracing the fact that theyre taking part in taking their life. I'd imagine you'd have to be stepped on quite a bit, with some intense force to die in such a fashion.. I really don't want to believe a large group of people where just ignoring that they where moshing on top of a person, all while having the time of their lives, while a poor soul laid there, probably begging for help with each breath they could get in, living a literal nightmare come true as they got moshed to death while there cries for help where drowned out by there favorite artist.. I just wonder.. did at least one mother fucker try to help them up or yell that someone had fallen and was going to be seriously injured or dead soon to get the attention of everyone around? I know the music was loud as fuck, but they could have gotten peoples attention if they really tried. n if they did try to help, they probably just got ignored as well i'm sure. the cowardly selfish ass mother fuckers that knew they where not moshing on grass and clearly felt that they where jumping on a person are absolutely disgusting. It breaks my heart to know that you could go to the concert of a lifetime with the intention of making meaningful memories, just to trip, get accidentally pushed, or maybe even forcefully shoved to the ground, and get moshed to death while being ignored by people having the times of their lives stomping on you, just hoping and praying that one of the sets of feet is going to do anything at all to help, wondering why after so many sets of feet hitting you, is nobody trying to help, then finally realizing your going to perish because everyone that obviously knew they where jumping on a person and could have done something to help are too selfish to pause the fun to save a life, just don't care enough about their fellow man to a point they don't care if they contribute in your death because it would ruin there moment. it's sick to think that your crying and begging for help for your life could easily just be a bother to them. how fucking selfish and cruel some humans are...

If you haven't heard "tied to the whipping post" and "devil don't cry" I highly recommend. Other excellent King: "fat around the heart" "trauma" ... God I love these guys. Also: side group Yavid. Fkn incredible stuff.

i really didn't care for them too much, but i only listened to a few tracks. really unrefined. to me, their sound is something that just about any amateur rock group could recreate with little effort. super basic. there's something to be said for a raw, garage-type atmosphere because i love the first korn album, but these guys really seem like they're using some kind of tough-guy gimmick even more than five finger death punch or something. at least five finger death punch have a reasonable pool of talent to mask the lack of creativity. i'm getting worse as i go, huh? there is one bigger failure than King 810's vocalist, though. The guy who shot him. Thanks for nothing, Mr. Magoo!
