A little confusion here. I have a 2004 Xterra, very similar to the ‘02 Frontier. In your video you mentioned removing the plug with a flathead which was easy. It exposed one screw which I removed with a 10mm socket just like you displayed. However, on more than one occasion you used the word “screws”, plural indicating more than one. Where is the other screw (or screws) located? I removed the one beneath the plug but I’m still unable to removed the airbag cowl.
@@passdabacon2595 is that why there is no steering wheel removal? I was confused by the title. Should be how to remove the air bag, not "taking off steering wheel" Nitpicking aside, thanks for the video. I wondered how to get the airbag off. Should be able to figure out the rest myself.
@triangles4467 well in the beginning I was going to remove the steering wheel, next after air bag was removed the center nut holds the wheel on, then you can try afew ways to pull off steering wheel

there is a screw on both sides of the steering wheel about same location
also soon after i decided not to change the steering wheel
