KBS is an Amazing Machine, we use it time to time, There are 1000 ways to make dough, KBS says to use Water, sugar, salt, Milk, flour and yeast.
We simply used Water, sugar, salt, flour, and Yeast, sea salt that is. there are two ways to go about this, Simply hit the Knead, or set to Pizza dough.
if set to pizza dough its basically just cup to a ball place in a bowl with a Olive oil as a base, and on top olive oil. and done. thank you for your time

Why did you use the olive oil? To keep the dough moist or for the flavor or both?
some recipes call for Olive oil, to keep from sticking in the bowl.
@@fishycomics That is what I thought. When I bake frozen pizza I spray the metal pan with olive oil to keep it from sticking.

Question, did you use the leaven dough #12 in your kbs machine? I just bought mine with a 17 pre programmed set ,however mine does not come with the pizza dough recipe , in fact it does not come with many recipe options like before for some reason.TIA.
2 booklets. I'll do a video of the booklet here on Page 15 of No. 12 their recipe. we mixed our own and did not do the Leaven dough. No 12 is water 180 ml, butter/cream 3 tsp, sugar 1 1/2 tsp, salt 1/2 tsp flour 2 1/2 cups, yeast powder 1 tsp. for our recipe we followed an online like shown. because we used instant yeast its just a mix nothing more .

What temperature did you set your oven on and how many minutes did you cook it? I use 400 Fahrenheit and cook pizza for 23 minutes.
We Preheated the oven to 450 on this, last time 500, 10-15 min we could have gone with 15 minutes then 12 as we taken out

1 Hour 25 mins to knead one dough ball? Imagine how much one could make by hand in that time frame. Not really and efficent way to make dough
@@harooahmed FOr people that can not do it by hand, the Elderly, people with Arthritis and other symptoms and handicaps, the Machine can mix it and youdo ont need to. Do it in full, b I agree you can. Make a number of sets in no time
Being able to do something else while your pizza dough is kneaded and proofed is pretty efficient 😂
