I cover quickly 10 ways to make money from gaming instead of playing them, changing more consumer to producer. Video games are your passion. You're not going to stop them any time soon. You may as well monetize it and turn it into your life's work!
You may as well create your own business out of your passion for gaming.
I would first create an online presence - a social media page for you and what you are about. Then all you have to do is focus on giving value.
There are many ways to give value in the gaming community which can make you money, and lots of it. I cover those in the video, but very briefly:
- Make mods for games and get people to support your work for early access or commissions.
- Make assets and put them up for sale digitally.
- Test games for people and find bugs.
- Critique and review games and post it online.
These are one of the very few ways you can begin to build a presence online. Your online presence will determine how likely you are to get sales.
