Looks a little better from what I remember. With only image quality being boosted this best applies to 60 fps PS4 games like Sekiro, Days Gone, Mass Effect Trilogy, etc.
Don't expect to see any difference in a UA-cam video, it's impossible. There's a reason Digital Foundry zooms in so much, and even with the zooms you still won't get anywhere near what you'll see on your TV. I speak from experience, even the most detailed UA-cam videos are no substitute for the in-person experience on a big TV.
Have been playing RDR2 a bit last week and the image here on the Pro does look a bit more sharp. Only so much the boost tech can do without an official update from Rockstar, but it’s nice to see that it does benefit a bit from it
It's nice to see that going forward they will take care of games from past generations with semi-automated process. They need to unlock framerates to 60hz and let VRR handle the potential drops. If not on the PRO they need to do this on PS6, but who wants to wait that long 😀
It looks washed out because of UA-cam not PS5 Pro. I upload on my channel all the time. In 4K 60fps w HDR. It takes UA-cam a week or more to fully upload the whole video due to stress on servers.
Actually it also because of ps5 pro because when playing on hdr ps5 captures hdr without SDR tone mapping because of that SDR video looks awful. Premium capture card like Elgato 4k x can tonemap to SDR so even without HDR it will look great on UA-cam

Funny thing is. The Xbox One X version is the best console version which supports Native 4K / steady 30 fps. I would play it on Xbox one X or Series X if you have one of the two.

I dont think this guys video is much to go by, his settings make the image look too bright and washed out. Look at the black bars during the cutscene 8:01 it's not even black, more like a dark grey.

The setting won't change the internal resolution of the game. It's still gonna be halved horizontally. Can't change that without Rockstar getting in there or someone at Sony getting real hacky with drivers, like the Xbox team did for backwards compatibility.

Because rockstar the publisher must unlock the frame rate in a patch and they refuse nothing to do with the hardware the base ps5 can run this game at 60+.

Comparing the base ps5, I can see that the colours pop out more. Also it does look silently higher res. No fps boost still capped at 30

You need to sort out your gamma. Reduce it in game and/or make sure you're not recording in HDR
the problem is with the PS5 capture, it has nothing to do with gamma
