Never have any glitching on my galaxy watch and i bought it when it got released. Try to clear your ram memory once in a while that might do the trick.
This is my first smart watch and I feel I made a great purchase. It is well designed with a lot of great features. The number of watch faces seems endless. It works well with my Note 9 and I am looking forward to pairing it with the Note 10+ when I upgrade next month. All in all the Watch Active 2 is a excellent smart watch.

because you're constantly using it 24/7? you can't charge your watch while you get ready for work? we've just entered the era of all day screen time on smartphones, we're far from week screen time watches
The good news about galaxy active is that you can charge it just putting it behind your Samsung phone (s10, note10, etc), with the power share feature. So you don't need to worry so much about that
@@amaurinorato well that's true for all the modern smart watches. I charge my gear S3 watch on my note 10 plus sometimes. But honestly I see no reason why anyone needs more than a day on a watch when you can simply charge it while you get ready for work.

I "lost" my watch over the weekend and i feel so shit about it :( it was a gear s3 but i just watched this and convinced myself to go tomorrow and pick up an active 2 ;D
I'm interested in the watch for one reason, one app to do everything (exercise, food, daily steps, etc). Only down side is the battery life compared to my Garmin Forerunner 235 (lasts a solid week).
So I am interested in the Active 2 as well but I am worried to swap from my Forerunner. My Forerunner and phone are struggling to pair now for some reason though.
I had no pairing issues. I did make the switch and in the middle of my first full week. As of now its early Wednesday and Im at 58% battery. We will see if it lasts the week.
I recently made the switch from the Gear S3 to the Active 2 . What really caught me off guard was how light it was! I think my only gripe is that I wish it came with a smaller strap because my wrists are ridiculously tiny and even being on the last notch on the band is still a little loose.
Put up a nice watch face and leave this on aod, this watch is beautiful. Dropped it face down on hard floor and picked it up with no scratches or cracks.
Battery life is also what's keeping me from purchasing it! I had a Fitbit versa that lasted about 4 days so I dont want something that I need to charge daily.
Appreciate the effort gone into making this video.... especially that part where you showed different watch faces, must have consumed a lot of time to take those pictures in the same shot and editing it. Appreciate your work.
I love my Galaxy Active 2 watch! I'm running the free Balooza watchface which has everything touchable for different functions. Of course I have many widgets installed too. I actually being a serious audiophile don't like playing music through the watch even though I have a 4G LTE model. Mine runs mostly on Bluetooth and my over ear headphones are paired to my Samsung Galaxy S20 Note Ultra phone, but really like being able to see songs and album covers on both Poweramp and TuneIn Radio, (it's WAY better than Spotify!). With Samsung Health I can run an ECG at any time which is good since I had open heart surgery and still am experiencing Afib, but I now can keep track of that. In fact it was my Samsung Galaxy Active 2 that alerted me to my heart problem and got it fixed in the knick of time! I much prefer the virtual bezel to the actual one because having had the original Galaxy Watch, that bezel jammed...no longer moveable! I have replaced the band with a 20mm metal expandable and find it much easier to take on and off. Battery life could be better, I am getting about 2-days out of it wheras I got 3-days on my original 46mm Galaxy watch. Overall, a great watch and by the way, Samsung did a full OS upgrade to Tizen 5.0 but I've noticed slightly less battery life out of the watch now.
I've been using this same 44mm version for a week now and get about 3 days on a charge based on usage, though I keep recharging it daily while getting ready for work so it never runs out.
@@GrimYak are you constantly using the watch? cause i have the gear S3 which will give me about 2 days and i charge it in the morning while i get ready for work. charge the watch during down time you're not constantly using it!!
I was considering upgrading from my Gear Sport. But after seeing your review (super cool, btw), I realized they're aren't much different. The widgets and features are all the same. I would say the only difference is the design, where the Gear Sport has a more aggressive, sporty look and the active2 has a clean, daily use kinda design. Oh, and the battery: My gear sport has 300mAh and this Active2 has 340 (the 44mm version, because the other smaller one has an even smaller battery!!). Loved your review! EDIT: There's another big difference! I forgot. The Gear Sport can't take calls because it hasn't got built-in speakers. I think they hadn't figured out a way to keep it sealed with speakers. Now they do, apparently.

It's more than the active 5 tho...
acacia kenny which is why im staying with my Amazfit Stratos. Battery life for these other watches are bad, 24-48 hours isnt really good.
I want one but there is no google pay support.
Samsung pay is better
@@itzpayday1238 not if it isn't supported by my bank. Guess it isn't better.
@@Ttnorth11 oh, well sorry about that
Thank you, best review I've seen on this watch so far, definitely going to get it. Thank you :)
How long does the battery last when play music with the watch?
Thank you for the information. I decided to buy one myself since its on sale today!
