I'm sorry to the other superhero statue figure makers out there, but I don't think any of them can compete with the details and realistic feel of Sideshow pieces. I've seen the other ones and some are even way expensive but when it comes to details and how realistic-looking the pieces go, Sideshow wins. Hands down.

I just finally got mine the other day and one thing I noticed is when you connect Superman to the base his back foot isn’t flush with the indentation... this isn’t a complaint as the statue seems pretty sturdy just thought I’d voice my experience

Mine does not slide in like that. How long did you mess about with the piece to get it to slide in like that? My one looks like Superman is hovering and absolutely no instructions are given as to what you can do if you have that issue.

@ They actually sent me and email saying I am dumb and taught me how to get Superman to fit into the base properly. Had to grip Superman's legs and squeeze them inward toward each other before lowering his feet into their positions.

I had this issue with mine also. Of course he wasn't going to have the same issue in an official video but a lot of people are having this issue. Have you tried to sand down Superman's peg? Some times this makes it easier to go in.

I had the same issue. Had to have 3 replacements and all the same. I had to actually break a piece off the base and squeeze the legs to fit in.

Yes in the comics batman hush... poison ivy somehow controll supes using kyptonite lipstick and batman takes him down using kyptonite ring....
