Thanks for a very informative video. I'm a recent returnee to photography and chose the TG-7 to dip my toe into street photography - my reason being that it would fit in my pocket and not be too obtrusive (in another review the photographer said that the colour of the TG-7 makes you look like a tourist). Yes, it has limitations. My iPhone 15 Pro would beat it to death in a specs streetfight, but I find the physical act of setting up and taking pictures with the phone to be awkward and clumsy. The 'point and shoot' nature of the TG-7 suits me just fine. I'm still getting to grips with it and enjoying discovering and experimenting with all the cool features it has. Yes, there are better cameras, but it's still pretty cool. Just subscribed and looking forward to seeing more of your content.
I can’t stand using my phone for photos. I will use a 5 mega pixel digicam before using my phone for going out and taking photos lol. The tg-7 making you look like a tourist is from a video I’ve seen as well, you can do good with the camera so enjoy it and have fun! Thanks for the sub!
please can you shoot some portrait images with a model or so with this camera and do a separate video? im wondering how it would look that would be awesome, also it would be a great addition to your youtube channel don't found any video that someone shot a portrait with this cam that would be awesome if you could do this :) btw very nice content i enjoyed watching this video
I would but I do not have the camera any longer. I do portrait work but I do not film the sessions. But it is a great idea for a future video, thanks for the comment!
@ aahh cool, alright nice to hear thx for your answer btw, did you know that you can‘t find another compact camera on the market right now with the same image quality that offer also a macro fukction that render that many details with this quality like the tough TG-7? i did some research in the internet, also i think this camera should even go viral because of the features it offers, the problem nowadays is that the peoples only want the best image quality, megapixel etc …etc but this little thing here is a secret little gem i can tell you :)
Oh it is a great little camera, and I regret getting rid of it, I just prefer my older Nikon Coolpix P6000 over it. If i see one for a good price again I will most likely pick one up again.
@@crosseagle19 I use Lightroom or Photoshop to work with my raw photos. There are other programs out there that can as well. But those are the only two I use.

Can you change shutter speed?
Yes you can
Mind telling me how ? Is the quality poor at 400 for example?
is there a way to process RAW images? Or you only shoot jpg? Your answer would save me.
