I was told I was a father back 2010 and even though I had reservations about this truth I was excited to be a dad! Although I questioned the paternity and have it in an affidavit, I was never permitted a paternity test. I have since her birth been kept at a distance unable to visit with her unsupervised and unable to take her to visit my family. My Daughter is 11 years old now. I had been visiting her since her birth once a month for most of her life. I was forced to miss her 8th, 9th 10th and now 11th birthday, because of my “beliefs”. My basic human rights are being violated by people whom have sworn an oath to uphold our rights including our rights to free speech and religion/beliefs. I am not even listed on her birth certificate as baby momma held this ransom in exchange for full custody of my child which I didn't accept and so my name was not put on the certificate of birth. I was granted unlimited access by the court, never had any issues, yet I have never been allowed to remove my little one from her province to visit my side of her family. After 7 gruelling years of this nonsense in April 2018 suddenly out of the blue everything stopped. Upon a visit to see my little one, I walked in the house to her hiding under the table and calling me names unlike anything I've ever seen or heard before, all the while her mom stood silent. I didn't know this at the time but a month prior to my visit an ex-boyfriend and ex-business partner Alex Quaglia ended up in the headline news for a massive world wide mail fraud case made public by the Attorney General of the USA. Katrina and Alex’s joint business venture Creative Media Inc. later renamed Navigator Marketing based out of Vancouver was under investigation for a world-wide mass mail fraud scheme beginning back in 2000.

The company was stealing millions of dollars from unsuspecting vulnerable elderly. At the time of G's birth mom received a large sum of money from a "friend" she said it was gift for a scholarship fund. Who would give such a generous gift I wondered? As I still questioned the paternity it is all clear now. Running from a life of fraud, keeping my little one out of the public eye to avoid confusion with real father perhaps? Alex in fact has admitted to having a daughter he never met according to a mutual acquaintance that dated him. At the time of her first ultra sound it was said she was 8 weeks and 4 days on March 31, 2010 which leads to a time line when baby momma was across the country visiting her business partner Alex to "tie up loose ends." She came back to with 120k gift and was pregnant. I was refused a paternity test twice upon request, her lawyer stating she believes it is and doesn’t want to have a paternity test done. Therefore we went to court and twice from the family court I was refused a paternity test. I have been kept from seeing my daughter for now going on 4 years yet I am responsible paying support for a child I have been forcibly kept from, and kept from knowing if she is mine. In July 2019 I stopped the support until further notice when we can resolve the paternity issue and an explanation of why I am being alienated and my human rights infringed upon. The family responsibility enforcement acting with the government took away my passport which enables me to travel for work to make a living to pay support. All of this charade created in order to hide the truth of Katrina’s dark past and the truth of the paternity. If the child is indeed mine then any mother shouldn't fear a paternity test. I am willing to be a father in the life of my little one, I always have. I paid for school, her clothes, her dance and music lessons, school books, for food, and child support on top of it all. Now I am putting my foot down after 11 years of being alienated as this is blatant child abuse, by someone fleeing a life of crime. She is being kept from a relationship with a loving father even if not by blood.
I send prayers out to you all suffering the pains of this torturous scenario... don't give up. Know you aren't alone. To all the children missing a loving parent, stay strong we love you so much.

Remi, it's unbelievable that a woman would keep your child from seeing you or even talking with you. I am in tears as I listen to this and remember how you honored your daughter following a concert. I pray God will make the courts take another look at what is happening. I love you and want you to be happy as I fear this will cause you depression again. Your daughter loves you, but she knows if she tells you, she will anger the mother.

I am so sorry that this is happening to you and to your daughter. I raised two sons as a divorced Mom and never bad mouthed their Dad. You need to keep the fight going in the Court. It gets so expensive with the attorneys' fees. I was a legal assistant here in Florida for 30 years and have seen cases were the parent does this to the child. This is so sad, A father that actually wants to be with his daughter and cannot, my daughter has not seen her dad since she was 2 years old, today she is 24. He won't even pick up a phone to say I love you, or happy birthday and HE CAN. I never ever kept him from seeing her but HE chooses to not see her. Brother, I know we all have our griefs and sorrows, but didn't know we shared the anguish of hardhearted/ alienation. The first-year of my firstborn sons life was there for the first month and then on his first birth day..... since then I have lost count how many times both he and our daughter have been withheld from me.... holidays, and milestone moments are random at best. It's a misunderstood affliction most are unaware of unless it's happening to you.
Sleepless nights and the isolation keep you frozen, but faith, hope and love are the elements that kindle new fires that burn away the pain of yesterday.
I have after years of prayer and deep repentance seen much progress and now see our two miracles more than ever. Keep the faith my brother and soon you will see her again. I know you will and all that will matter is that you are together again. Covering you in prayer. Praying for a miracle reunion for you and Gabby. I experienced a similar incident for about a year, then they just showed up on Mother's Day. Nothing can erase the pain I felt from them keeping her from me when I was not in the wrong.The lies they told her were incredible. She saw through all of this when she became wise enough...much love brother.

The reason for my post Brother Remi what your Ex is doing to you and your child, it has a name. It's called Gaslighting Brother. It's a form of control over you, and your child. Some people have never heard the terminology. After first argument's involve playing a mind game. It begin's by making the person feel worthless. They will hide simple items from you keys, wallet, other object's, often telling you always miss place items. Argument's, and turmoil constantly occur in the home. They begin using the children as a weapon against you, first keeping you from the child, eventually the child is told lies till they no longer care about that person. My best friend went through this with her Ex. She was so frustrated, and was second guessing herself. Till one day I was with her, and I witnessed the behavior. Each time I'm reminded of Remi or anyone going through this, I think that I have to read one of the various books again, about "Why bad things happen to good people". The bible even addresses this subject. But I have to admit, I still don't understand. Everyone involved in this sort of situation is adversely affected..everyone. Why do people not see?

I have brother who has gone through this as well. He has not seen his daughter since she was 6 years old. She would be in her 30's now. Even if a mother hates the father, how can she not want everyone who loves her to be around her. She is not just denying the father's rights but she is keeping that little girl from being with her daddy. I will never understand why a mother would be that cruel to her child. May God bring your daughter back to you soon.

I am sorry this is happening to you. I can tell that you love your daughter and not being part of her life is breaking your heart. All I can say is stay strong. God loves you and knows your heart. As a teacher, I see the pain in a child’s eyes when there is tension between their parents. I have held them as they are crying not understanding why they can’t see their mommy/ daddy. Parents do not realize that their child is struggling. ( Children tend to share their feelings to their teachers instead of their own parents.) I was lucky in one situation. The mom did allow me to send pictures/ daily updates, texts to their dad. It helped the dad and the child. Just hang in there my friend. God loves you!❤️

Gabby will eventually want to know the truth. Even if her mom won’t tell her now, when she’s 18 her mom can’t stop her from finding out on her own.
Just be patient, don’t say anything negative about her mom. I know it’s hard.

Dear Remi I'm very very sorry that this has happened. My son also had the same thing happen with his first daughter. It was terrible but thanks to God and a mother's strong will and perseverance to not allow this alienation to happen my son was able to begin a father daughter relationship when the child turned 3 years old, but was only allowed visit by the mother only occasionally even though my son had a paternity visitation order in place, prior to my granddaughter's third birthday. It took my granddaughter one year of visitation before she stopped calling him by his first name and started calling him daddy. I believe the Lord Jesus is calling you and wanting a personal relationship with you, Remi. The Bible says, Seek first the kingdom of God and all these things will be added unto you. If you like I can share more with you about this risen Jesus. I am going to pray that the TRUTH will be revealed to you and that you will be set free, in Jesus name. I was thinking you might consider adding Oh sacred head now wounded to your performances. I guess when she runs out of your funds, she will contact you again or she has already decided to name another man your little girls father and will milk him for funds. I can relate to your broken heart. My ex left me with a broken neck at the southern border & took my two children with him to another country.
By the time I was recovered from Neuro surgery, it was too late. They were very young & told awful lies about me & that I left them because I didn’t love them anymore. Birthdays, Christmas & other special days are so painful. I will never stop searching for them & loving them. They were always my world. As I grow old & my health declines, I hold them dear to my heart. My spirit hurts, but someday we will all be rejoined🙏
