Great food segment, Uce, Focus on your diet. Rice and cauliflower, good choice. Mental toughness, eat your food thinking of it as medicine. Watch some You Tube videos on foods to eat to lose weight. No breads, no potatoes. Others have the same challenges you have.
So don't feel alone. Be a leader on the quest.

There’s actually a noticeable difference in how you look Uce. Good on you. You’re looking more fit. 👍🙂 Heres a beef stew recipe that I make all the time for my weight loss inna Russell Hobbs multi-cooker. You can make this recipe in a big pot as well or pressure/multi- cooker.
Ingredients:
- 1 large carrot
- 2-4 cups of Campbells beef stock
- 2 large kumara
- 4 washed potatoes
- chopped beef cubes (500g)
- all purpose flour
- cooking oil
Preparation:
- place the chopped beef cubes into a bowl of flour. Cover the meat in the all purpose flour and stir
- add cooking oil to your multi-cooker/pressure cooker/pot and saute the beef cubes until its slightly brown
- peel and chop the veges. Add into the multicooker/pressure cooker/pot with the slightly browned beef cubes
- add the beef stock
- place the lid of the pressure cooker/multi-cooker/ cooking pot on and set the timer to 30 minutes.
- let your pressure cooker/multi-cooker release the air once it’s done
Hopefully someone tries out this recipe. I make it all the time and is cheap to make, yum, and has helped me lose weight. 👍

I noticed that your right shoulder was pulled up in the chest press. Pull it down and back. Prioritize form. The muscles don't care about weight. And repetitions also don't matter so much above 8. What's important is that you repeat the movement until you can not do another repetition with good form. The same goes for the bench press. slow down a bit when going down. And bring it to your chest all the way. Small pause at the bottom. You want that loaded stretch.
You have been doing really really good in the gym and you are getting stronger. Now is the time to watch out for longevity. Good form will prevent injury and get better results. What you are doing is super inspiring :).
Your progress is nuts man. Keep going. Harder to stay motivated as the weight loss drops off as you get closer to your target weight but man, you’ve smashed it so far. Keep pushing. You’ve got this.

Just saying, the more you cook you better you get at it. Keep at it like you’ve kept at your workouts and you’ll get better, it will get more fun, and it will become a part of your routine. Been here since Week 1, love the content and the changes that we’ve seen. Keep at it brother 👊🏼

Visit a dietician. It'll help a lot. Remember that you need to change your eating habits to something that will be sustainable for you over your life and not just to lose weight fast. Because if its not sustainable the weight will come back. Veggies and fiber are your friend :-). You are doing so great. Weightloss is a long journey and sticking with it when the plateaus hit is a grind. You've got grit!

When you are shopping for your ingredients to cook with Uce, try buying single ingredient products, a lot of different things, while low in calories can affect the bodies hormones which will lead to a lower metabolism and slower weight loss 🤞💪

Bro, go for coniferous vegetables if you’re gonna eat any carbs at all I would suggest a single yam! 🍠 Baked, but I would stick to coniferous vegetable and a range of protein if you can go for ostrich meat or venison or chicken ………

Quality foods bruv once a day bruv ! Fasting! fasting !try strength side and basic bodyweight stuff ! It will improve functional movement and strength without injury the gym doesn’t cut it unless you know how to use it start looking at influences on UA-cam who do bodyweight calisthenics. There are plenty of things that you can use the gym for that elevate metabolism by utilising more of your stability and general body strength what I’m saying is you can use the extra weight, to build your calisthenics physique you’ll be surprised how much crawling around on your hands and feet is exhausting definitely elevates the metabolism and builds the right posture core and mobility particularly in the hips and lower back. You can do it bruv.👍😎
