You can do that in 6 months brother ! Eat clean and stop eating before 7PM and go to bed after drinking a ton of water and some fruit to suppress the hunger. If you take sugar completely out of your diet also you will drop 40lbs within 4 months easy !
0,5 to 1 kg weight loss per week (1,1 to 2,2 lbs per week) is a reasonable pace. With iron will, 18 kg of weightloss (40 lbs) should be achievable in latest 8 month with proper calories counting. Good luck!

The better option is things like nuts (fats take longer to digest than carbs), and meats/plant proteins. Arbitrary dieting like not eating before 7 doesn't help by itself either. Calories in = calories out. It really doesn't matter when you consume them for the purposes of weight loss. Fasting can actually encourage binge eating, especially in people who already struggle to control their urges around food (so almost every obese person).

I would like to see a video of you just learning about nutrition and meal prep, the walking is good and all that, but your video series seems to be ignoring the major factor in weight loss, diet and nutrition. And drinking a ton of water before sleep can make it so your sleep is disturbed. Sleep and proper rest is huge to avoid overeating and binge eating.
