Hi Jerry, found your channel a couple months ago. I've always been a fan of the C4. I own a 1992 c4 convertible, but am always drawn to the older versions too. Enjoy the content. Take care!👍👌

Thanks for the comment Alan... Really appreciate it... I used to have a 78 C3 corvette in my younger days but needed to sell when I got married. Loving having a new car to work on now and the C4 is proving to be a lot of fun... Lots more to come...

Hmm .. I have an -87 and just learned both taillight should flash. Only my outer ones does, so I guess something has been changed in the wiring. Maybe because It's imported to sweden and we have this ridiculous law that turnsignals should be yellow on vehicles from 1978 and forward 🤔

@@vildebill2000 That very well may be correct. I know that European vehicles have different set ups.

What about the light up top? Above the hatch?

I have an issue with the running taillights not coming on on my 94 corvette but the turn signals and braking lights work, any idea what the cause might be?

The running lights go through a different part of the bike than the brake and turn signals. Sounds like wiring issue if none of them work.

Not the greatest design for service. Thanks for the comment.

I have an 84. I could not get to the lights through behind the license plate. I changed bulbs on the drivers side because they worked intermittently. I changed the brake switch also and still the same problem. Anyone with ideas before I take the power from the passenger side?

So if I understand correctly the both driver side brake lights work intermittently and both have new bulbs and new brake light switch. Then I agree must be a wire concern somewhere. Either need to trace it down or steal from passenger side like you plan. Hope you find it.

Can you just reach up from the bottom to change the bulbs?

I was not able too but maybe there is a trick I don't know. Thanks for watching.
