Kirk , if you don’t mind sharing the price since most dealers markup price pretty high . I put $500 down wait list for the same XSE AWD , A bit nervous about markup price Thank you
@@marypham8285…I ordered mine in a January 2023. Out the door price (Buyers order price) $64,000.00. (Tax/Tag/Title/Destination etc)..Got every option possible. Toyota Platinum. Got from village Toyota Homosassa Florida. Ask for John “Beatle Tie”. No MSRP mark-up but he made me get $2000 Dimmit package I didn’t want. He made me get $1,400 infotainment system I didn’t want, but to get 1500Watt/120volt inverter and digital Rearview mirror I had to get the infotainment center. You could order lower trim level from him. Could take a year or two to get. Compared to used 2023 Sienna Platinums it is a great price new.
Hi Kirk, we got our Sienna XSE after watching your video, we were able to the get the XSE premium package for this 2024 year, which has all the features that you though were a miss for 2023. I we also bought the DVD player you recommended. I hooked it up to the HDMI cable, I am able to hear sound playing but no video. Is there a special setting that you had to do to play it? I bought an apple hdmi connector that plays video and sound. When mirroring our phone. Thanks for the great video on the Sienna.
I don’t have kids. I have a Sienna. And I fudging LOVE IT. It does hardware store runs better than most trucks. And it’s an absolute street queen … it does road trips better than any car on the road today. The marketing mistake is pointing the Sienna just at families. It’s a great car for ANYONE. The Sienna is the absolute king of Practicality, comfort, and reliability. Awesome review. These need more love.
I got a brand-new Sienna when my girls were younger in 2010(2011 Model year). It has over 200,000 miles and still rides great. About to take it on another long-distance run. Sometimes I think about replacing it with another Sienna. If they put a Hybridmax engine in it, I might get another Sienna. But I have my eye on a Grand Highlander if not another Sienna.
110% agreed on. I have the 2018 LX570, RX350, GX460, and 2022 Sienna Platinum, and the Sienna won all-around trips. All those Lexus are safe and Luxury but no useful even the LX570. The Sienna Platinum is the Queen who has been winning all my family members' hearts.
@@lifeenglightment7977 Right?! It's my favorite car I've ever owned for daily and road-trip use. I have a Tacoma, and the Sienna is the only one that can handle 1-12 pieces of full-sized drywall or plywood, laying flat, and with the rear hatch closed. It's mind-boggling that a car this practical can also be so insanely comfortable. It has a 7-speaker stereo system that sounds great ... stock! It's baffling how good the Sienna is. With AWD and snow tires, it's the vehicle version of a polar bear... awesome.
I'm a single woman looking at older Sienna models for my mobile massage business and camping and road trips. When I had a Ford Fusion previously I can't say how awful it was pulling my equipment in and out of the trunk and back seat when doing house calls when I worked for a chiropractor. I'm so excited to get one for getting my business back on PLUS camping and road trips!! And minivans are low profile and cheaper insurance compared to stupid SUVs. I'd rather have a 'goofy" minivan than go poor trying to look cool. Plus moving these things give waaay more cubic feet space than trucks and SUVs!!
@@ShinySilverBunny You won't regret it ... the Sienna is the most versatile vehicle I've ever owned, and handily beats my pickup trucks at hardware store trips. Smart move!
I never liked minivans but that all changed last month having been "upgraded" by SixT car rental at Phoneix Sky Harbor Airport. I got a 2022 White XSE Hybrid AWD. Drove it for 1000 miles fully loaded with family and gear, AC blasting, sport mode, driving it like I stole it up and down mountains, and the damn thing still returned 31.5 MPG. I'm impressed and understand why many are willing to wait 12 months for delivery of their Sienna.
I think Minivans are under-rated. I think the name "mini" is the problem, kind of like "station wagon". The functionality and safety of a mini-van simply makes them better than SUVs. The sliding doors are super handy, even my self. I've had 3 SUVs in the past 20 years. I don't see why I would get another one.
Minivans are better vehicles for families than crossovers. Why crossovers are the trend over minivans and why minivans and wagons get a bad name is mind-boggling. Crossovers aren't the best format for vehicles even if they are the most popular. Sienna is probably the class leader.
I'm not a fan of crossovers, but it's easy to see why they dominate the market. They have the road command and cargo versatility of an SUV (tho smaller) with the fuel economy more similar to an sedan. They also cost a considerable amount less than vans. Also, not everyone needs the space that vans offer, nor want to pay for what they don't need.
I’ve been working for Toyota for 3 years now as a expert level technician over here in Long Island, New York, and I’m just so grateful to be working for such an amazing car company. Toyota goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, watching this video right here talking about the new sienna makes me feel proud that I get to work for such a great company. Keep up with the videos man, I love them, still waiting for that MR2 to come out, I’m gonna be one of the first ones buying it!!
My 2018 Toyota Camry had a defect. Toyota told me the issue was a normal operating characteristic, later they said they fixed it at my March repair visit but did no work on my car, then they said that they had made substantial repairs to my car when they had not done any repairs at all. When I confronted the corporate office and accused them of lying, they said "We didn't lie. We made mistakes". But we all have different experiences.
We’ve got a 22 Sienna Platinum and. I love the styling of the XSE but the Platinum trim with its impressively low NVH, power/memory/ventilated seats and external cameras really elevate the total experience of driving and owning what is essentially an enormous Prius. Imho it’s worth splurging on the Platinum.
We have a 21 XSE, (picked mostly for the front end) wish we did platinum and swapped to an XSE front bumper. Wish I had the headlights, memory seats, ventilated seats. Wouldn’t do black interior again either too dark at night
Everyone cooperated so well. That’s really rare nowadays so I give credit to everyone. Thanks guys and Kirk, and happy birthday to whoever’s it was. Safe trip back too.⚠️Oh, and thank Toyota for the car.😉
I came here after seeing how many minivans are being converted to RVs. The Sienna is king at 37 mpg!!! Plus you get smooth Japanese ergonomics over clunky US ones with zero fuel economy. This is a beast. Payload is 1330. Tow capacity is 3500 lbs. Lots of interior room. If you remove all the seats and create a small RV, you would have so much room inside. You could even add water tanks where the rear tucked in seats now sit. Definitely worth building for a mobile office or wknd trips to urban areas. You should ask Toyota why they have this wind noise. Seals are not good? Check the cabin air filter, it may be missing (under passenger side dash). Maybe your roof was open or not closed all the way? That roof opening means I can add a ceiling fan without cutting a hole! Nice feature, ha ha! Loved your demo and tour, and thank you for no music. Your kids and family are sweet!
Interesting review, but not really fair :). My2023 Platinum gets over 40 MPG sometimes 40.8. I don't have the noise you have. We love the bridge. I came from a 2005 Town and Country. I noticed using sport mode gives me the on highway acceleration I need, then I move it back to eco. Even with AC on. My complaints ? The Qi charger doesn't work well, the manuals are error prone, and the built in GPS stinks, I use car play. Do I miss the more modern electronics, sure. But I "ordered" the car in Jan and got it in April, I needed a new van. Yes, I have all the bells and whistles including the built in dash cam. Mine is AWD as well.
Appreciate your family minivan reviews because Families have unique needs. I can no longer shop based on criteria of which car will impress a lady at a night club. And even some parents of older kids can’t seem to understand just how much car seats these days take up. I have a deposit on a new Sienna Platinum AWD at MsR p (waited 14 months thus far) but also looking into new Odysseys and possibly used Sienna if our kid outgrows his harness booster setup before our Sienna becomes available. We rented a sienna after we flew from LA to New Mexico. Loved it a except the slow and loud acceleration.
Thanks for look into life with a new Sienna! Get the limited next time with 360 camera and acoustic glass are my takeaways, thanks again. Lovely family!
Awesome review, Toyota Sienna in North America is top of the list for 7 Seaters MPV, the only difficulty is out of stock in Canada, heard from local Toyota representative the waiting time is 2 years to get a brand new one.
+plug in hybrid and Toyota's seat that comes out to assist the elderly up and into the van and this would be my next car. Ventilated seats would be nice too.
Thanks for the review. I think the best way to test drive some of these vehicles is to rent if possible. It might cost you a few hundred dollars, but it is so important to do, as many of these vehicles are close to $50,000. For now I will just stick to my 2007 Sienna, 237,000 miles and still going strong. Life time average is 21 miles to the gallon. Realistic pure 78 MPH freeway is about 24mpg. Parts and repair cost are still reasonable because many know how to work on them and you can purchase aftermarket parts cheaper. These new vehicles are so high tech that your limited on who can fix them and the cost of parts.
We just got a 2023 XLE and I love it. Comfy and the gas savings over our old odyssey is amazing. I like the EV mode in the city and it just fires up the engine when it needs the juice smoothly. Our indicator is showing about 32mpg with a mix of city and highway driving in the Orlando area. We will definitely be hanging onto it for a long while.
@@alexvaliansky7707, maybe things have ramped up. I have a close friend that does the ordering for Canada's Largest Toyota dealer and her brother waited over 2 years for his Sienna. They had 500 on backorder and were only getting 2-3 per month. This was about 9 months ago though, so maybe supply has increased dramatically??
Thank you for pointing out the seat is too short. I've been having issues with the seat while driving as I'm short. So, my legs fall asleep. I wasn't expecting the windows being loud. I can't wait to get ours soon!
This Video is useful. Thank you so much for all the information you just gave us. We’re buying our third Toyota minivan so this video just confirm everything that we need to hear. Thank you so much!!!
"I want to be, the very best, like no one ever was" lol just the clip now I have the song stuck in my head. Man this mini look amazing. It looks like an SUV and lot more practical. And love that you can kick your way to the side or the back door. Can the front display mirror the center one. Let's say you are parked, waiting for some one. Could you play the Switch with the people on the back rows or would you have to move to the back to play while you wait. I do understand the back display is at the top so the back back row can see what's on. But with such a big center bridge, it could've been put there.
Kirk, you and the wife need to take us to the Cuban bakeries in Miami; anyway, if Toyota could lend you a Sienna for a long-term review that would be cool to have on the channel.
I've got the 2015 XLE and get 24-25 mpg on the highway and 21 mpg around town with Michelin defender tires and Lucas high milage oil additive, we're in Fl too
I had the AWD version with 18" wheels... I can imagine the FWD models with 20" wheels are worse! I didn't have an XSE to test drive beforehand, but I had a sienna LE rental and I liked it. I didn't think the XSE would be THAT much stiffer... well, it is folks. Find a way to go for a test drive. the XSE also does not have the acoustic glass or sound deadening, so with the stiffer suspension I feel that it transfers more noise into the cabin. the suspension is just overkill for a minivan.
Kirk that's a such a beautiful family you have 😄 I live in France where the Sienna isn't sold, but 10 years ago I spent some time in one at the Geneva motor show, and that was such a nice vehicle to be in. You must be damn confortable in that thing and happy with its space.
Toyota should take note. Better noise isolation and ventilated seats (maybe even an option for air ventilated seats) along with maybe a more open cup-holder section and removable mid row seats. Then its pretty much a perfect family car
Kirk, one thing I'd like you to test on. Have a portable USB DVD drive and some disc media ready, Plug the external drive into the in-car "display audio" system via USB A port (or C port via an A female-to-C male adapter) and see if the system is compatible. This has been tested on the current NX's system (by some Japanese YTber) and is verified to work on both DVD and audio CD; however, the RAV4 Prime's and Venza's systems are not compatible AFAIK.
Thanks for the video! Looks like I live in the same area as you guys in SWFL. Did you end up getting it? I know that Autonation Fort Myers and Germaine in Naples still have waits for Sienna’s. Not sure if they’re charging over MSRP. My biggest gripe with Toyota is that for a pretty premium price, you don’t always get the features I think should be included. I had a RAV4 Prime and while I loved the 50 mile all EV range I averaged and 302 hp, it simply was too small for my family of 5 so we traded it for a Pacifica Plug In. I would absolutely love a Prime Sienna! One thing that Chrysler has Toyota beat on is you get many more bells and whistles for the price and a more comfortable ride, IMO. BUT, no comparison to Toyota on long term reliability and holding value!
Yeah! Especially when there's almost no van left in Europe. VW t6-t7 is waaaay bigger (to big) and the French vans are more like work cars with a bit of luxury sprinkled into it.
Definitely need to do a comparison video of the new 2024 Grand highlander and 2023 sienna. Trying to decide between the two now since the grand highlander has more space inside and the hybrid has more mpg.
is radar cruise control based on distance and speed? reason im asking is because in my old car with traditional cruise control i always make sure im 4 seconds cruising behind somebody because it's time that's most important, not necessarily distance or speed: but both.
Added dealer markup by Toyota Dealers can wreck any model’s sales. A manufacturer does not make money from cars they don’t sell. Toyota cannot manufacture enough Siennas, which sends customers to the competition. And the people who want to get them will pay 4000+$ over MSRP in 2023. This completely obliterates any sort of value proposition for this car.
Hi Kirk, how did you use your go pro as your dash cam? Did you put it behind the entertainment screen? How’d you film yourself driving? How did you put it and what tools I need? TIA
Hey Kirk, love your videos, always informative. Thinking about getting Toyota Sienna but wondering or I should wait for 2024 model year with hope maybe would be new infotainment system?! Maybe you hear something from your sources?! Thanks
Thank you for the great review and the dvd player recommendation. I have a deposit down for this exact trim and color but in AWD and i can't wait for it to arrive.
Thank you for this review. I just received my sienna Limited and had been struggling with the rear entertainment system. I just didn't appreciate not having a DVD player and having to fuss with the bluetooth and casting. I got a roku which works great but still requires mobile Hotspot. I will be getting a mini DVD which is so much easier and doesnt require any wifi. 😅
I hit my platinum with a deer and I've never missed a car so much in my life. She's gettin fixed but I tell ya, garaging the supra for winter is easier than not having the sienna! Amazing car.
Yeah, that center console seems to make the area tighter. And separates the driver from the passenger. Thats one of my gripes about the Sienna. But that's typical of many cars.
My 2019 Hybrid Avalon at 80 MPH on level road, the power economy gauge is a lot lower reading then on your Sennia, At times the engine is off at 80 MPH. The engine is working a lot harder on your van than the full size Avalon car with the same powertrain.
14:43 what do you mean 32 mpg? My Sienna 2008 with 9AT and wind recuperation has 27 mpg on highway. So 15% more efficient is the progress for the lsat 15 years together with Hybrid? Yeah.
I was talking to one of my friends from high school today and we was talking about how bad ass the new sienna is and how practical they are then we started laughing cause 12 years ago we wouldn’t get caught in anything but a lifted truck with mud tires. Crazy how priorities change
In non-winter months we get 35 mpg on our 2021 Sienna XSE AWD. We have 45,000 miles on it. The resale was so high on it a year ago that we ordered another equipped the same way. Thirteen months and counting . Hopefully no more than 5 months to go. I do the math on every fillup....this is an accurate number for our driving situation in northern Wisconsin. Winter is not worth talking about....my wife preheats the van. 😂
Price adjustment is too high, and if u order online directly, then the wait is too long. I have a friend ordered one 1 year ago, and still waiting for it....
Has anyone who ordered their Sienna XLE after April last year, 2022, recieved it? I ordered one in the end of April 2022 and it still has not been delivered.
What about ground clearance? Grand Highlander, I guess. My eyes have always been the best safety feature. I wish people would just pay ATTENTION and DRIVE the vehicle!!!
As a owner of a Sienna XSE 2021, the gaz economy was good the first year, now I do 200 km less per tank. And I have one with the throttle problem, which code every winter that the throttle is stuck open, Toyota still doesn’t have any solution, the only thing we can do is to unplug the 12 v battery which is in the trunk, because if you don’t do this your car turn into protection mode and you're stuck at idle till you unplug your battery and reset it… so.. I suggest to go for the honda odyssey guys.
1 hybrid toyota on 3 has this throttle problem, they say it’s the humidity with the cold that does that, they tried to isolate my throttle body sensor but it didn’t work
I would like a full size van version of Sienna with more than 8 seats. But not as much as 12 seats in Transit. Want space in luggage and long road trips. I get 14 mpg.
This boy shooting straight Xs, can't say I'll be envying you in a few years time, Best of luck regardless being the only man in an all female home, anyway dang 37MPG in a van is about as impressive as flipping tails 4 times!

I love it. Takes my top spot, if I wanted a minivan. The wait times and markups are very bad right now.
5:20 the hybrid battery is under the front seats in Sienna, not second row.
Glad you touched on the wind noise, and smoothness, v6 please
Amazing class leading Van.... too bad the wait could be 2-5 years!!!
Thank u Jo bidin.
😀😂
It’s not that long. My waiting period is only two months. I’m on the west coast, and the Toyota Sienna manufacturing plant is in Princeton, Indiana.
Both my 2021 Camry and 2023 4Runner under estimate fuel milage. I find that refreshing. Many cars over estimate the fuel milage.
Can’t wait for the prime version!🤩
Not happening
A man can dream
I hope it happens too! They already have the technology from Prius and RAV4. I would buy a Prime Sienna in a heartbeat. 🙏🏻
Kirk, you and the wife need to take us to the Cuban bakeries in Miami; anyway, if Toyota could lend you a Sienna for a long-term review that would be cool to have on the channel.
This is my rental from
Toyota, going from
Jacksonville to Chicago. Great MPG. 2 1/2 tanks on full trip with over 1000 lbs in weight. Great car
Ever hear of an airplane?
@@anandpappu7224why would you want to deal with TSA and annoying neighboring passengers
I've got the 2015 XLE and get 24-25 mpg on the highway and 21 mpg around town with Michelin defender tires and Lucas high milage oil additive, we're in Fl too
Probably the best review I've seen on cars. You touch on pretty much everything. Do you know how this type of car stand against the Hybrid Pacifica?
I had the AWD version with 18" wheels... I can imagine the FWD models with 20" wheels are worse! I didn't have an XSE to test drive beforehand, but I had a sienna LE rental and I liked it. I didn't think the XSE would be THAT much stiffer... well, it is folks. Find a way to go for a test drive. the XSE also does not have the acoustic glass or sound deadening, so with the stiffer suspension I feel that it transfers more noise into the cabin. the suspension is just overkill for a minivan.
Kirk that's a such a beautiful family you have 😄
I live in France where the Sienna isn't sold, but 10 years ago I spent some time in one at the Geneva motor show, and that was such a nice vehicle to be in. You must be damn confortable in that thing and happy with its space.
Toyota should take note. Better noise isolation and ventilated seats (maybe even an option for air ventilated seats) along with maybe a more open cup-holder section and removable mid row seats. Then its pretty much a perfect family car
Platinum.
Great video Kirk! I wish my kids could be as well behaved :) 6.35 l/100km, I wish this car was available in Europe, we'd have it in a heartbeat.
Yeah! Especially when there's almost no van left in Europe. VW t6-t7 is waaaay bigger (to big) and the French vans are more like work cars with a bit of luxury sprinkled into it.
I really like this review.
Definitely need to do a comparison video of the new 2024 Grand highlander and 2023 sienna. Trying to decide between the two now since the grand highlander has more space inside and the hybrid has more mpg.
this thing is the best, I have a 2021 LE, I've put 17k miles into it and averaging 34mpg, it's awesome.
is radar cruise control based on distance and speed? reason im asking is because in my old car with traditional cruise control i always make sure im 4 seconds cruising behind somebody because it's time that's most important, not necessarily distance or speed: but both.
Both, and you have 3 distance settings. At 3 bars , it is keeping a very safe distance.
Great review! Beautiful family, you are a lucky man!!!
Sienna is a class leader with no problems .👑❤👑❤
Added dealer markup by Toyota Dealers can wreck any model’s sales. A manufacturer does not make money from cars they don’t sell. Toyota cannot manufacture enough Siennas, which sends customers to the competition. And the people who want to get them will pay 4000+$ over MSRP in 2023.
This completely obliterates any sort of value proposition for this car.
@@David_Journey dealer mark ups is something effecting every brand not just toyota . Either way sienna is still selling really well
When I heard thank you Toyota for sending us, I got the answer why you preferred the DVD.
Hi Kirk, how did you use your go pro as your dash cam? Did you put it behind the entertainment screen? How’d you film yourself driving? How did you put it and what tools I need? TIA
Great review! Did you have the sunroof slide cover open when you heard the wind noise? Just wondering...
Yes to mount the camera. But noise was not coming from the sunroof but through the side glass
Hey Kirk, love your videos, always informative. Thinking about getting Toyota Sienna but wondering or I should wait for 2024 model year with hope maybe would be new infotainment system?! Maybe you hear something from your sources?! Thanks
4 daughters. Prayers up lol. You’re a walking ATM machine 🤣🤣
Do you know if the canadian xse trim comes with the yellow projectory dynamic lines on the backup camera when reversing ❤
Recently became a member. Love your content Kirk.
Thanks so much NICK !!!!!! Love you back bro
How would you compare this with grand highlander?
This is better for families. gHL has better tech for now.
Thank you for the great review and the dvd player recommendation. I have a deposit down for this exact trim and color but in AWD and i can't wait for it to arrive.
Glad it was helpful! You'll love it
Thank you for this review. 😅
Huge Toyota fan just traded 2021 with 39k miles for 38k. Owed 22.
Got 2024 limited for 51lk.
We have owed 4 Toyota sienna vans. All AWD.
I hit my platinum with a deer and I've never missed a car so much in my life. She's gettin fixed but I tell ya, garaging the supra for winter is easier than not having the sienna! Amazing car.
You probably mean your Platinum hit a deer, or collided with a deer.
Thank you for your APPRECIATION to your subscribers
Tint you’re windows might fix that screen reflection problem
We have 2023 Sienna XLE and want to change the tire to 20'. Your Sienna is really beautiful. what is the tire size? Thank you,
Fanny pack and a mini van… goals 🙌🙏
Why does the roof rack not extend to the front
Hi Kirk this is Adrian I like the color of your Toyota Sienna what kind of Silver is this Celestial or Cement because I am going to buy one thanks.
Well your Avalon is lighter than the sienna
The kiddos were watching season 1 Pokémon? I knew you were a great father!
🔥🔥🔥❤️
What color is this ?
Is this the cement color ?
What did Toyota say about the wind noise ?
14:43 what do you mean 32 mpg? My Sienna 2008 with 9AT and wind recuperation has 27 mpg on highway. So 15% more efficient is the progress for the lsat 15 years together with Hybrid? Yeah.
Excellent review. I am waiting for the 2024 and my guess is they will put the new 12.3 inch screen in them. I am leaning towards the limited also.
What type of screen do you use for the dvd player?
I was talking to one of my friends from high school today and we was talking about how bad ass the new sienna is and how practical they are then we started laughing cause 12 years ago we wouldn’t get caught in anything but a lifted truck with mud tires. Crazy how priorities change
Need a Lexus version of the Sienna with thigh cushion extender!
There is a lexus version of the new alphard but alphard is a s class rivaling luxury mini van
You have 3 dots beside your comment that will let you edit it.
Kirk, for 2023 do you recommend the Odyssey or the Sienna more?
We have XSE. My only problem…the coat is flaking off the wheels. Anybody else? Who should I call?
Price adjustment is too high, and if u order online directly, then the wait is too long. I have a friend ordered one 1 year ago, and still waiting for it....
Has anyone who ordered their Sienna XLE after April last year, 2022, recieved it? I ordered one in the end of April 2022 and it still has not been delivered.
Is there a built in tow hitch version
Will you review the Rx 350 luxury?
Such good info here. Let us know if you test the Limited and how it differs on MPG.
Amazing! Which Trim ?
I suggest to go for the honda odyssey guys.
that throttle need recalibration, maybe someone try to pull throttle body and didnt recalibration after that
1 hybrid toyota on 3 has this throttle problem, they say it’s the humidity with the cold that does that, they tried to isolate my throttle body sensor but it didn’t work
My Sienna 2nd row AC feels more like a fan because it doesn't get as cold even if set at low temp. Does anyone experience the same?
Woodland model? Is that the best model?
Wats the point of a acr that is hardly available
232miles = 373km
6.27 Gallon = 28.5 Litre
37 MPG = 15.8 Km/L
It is damn near impossible to find these in dealers on the west coast...
Hard to find everywhere
@@KirkKreifels I have been searching all over for an LE. Even if its a little over MSRP...
I would like a full size van version of Sienna with more than 8 seats. But not as much as 12 seats in Transit. Want space in luggage and long road trips. I get 14 mpg.
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته.
لماذا الشاشة غير واضحه وغير مستقرة ، هل هو بسبب التصوير ؟
This boy shooting straight Xs, can't say I'll be envying you in a few years time,
Best of luck regardless being the only man in an all female home, anyway dang 37MPG in a van is about as impressive as flipping tails 4 times!
Why is the screen flickering like crazy! Maybe it’s something the camera is catching not our eyes
Great video! Is the cement paint a pearl or a flat paint?
Glossy no pearl iirc.
@@KirkKreifels thanks Kirk!
