+Kevin Duane Lacuata Retcons :D afterall, the original game had a well wrapped up storyline, of course some things would go out the window if they wanted to make a sequel. Im sure jimmy was just frustrating by getting dumped by his GF ;)
At the beginning, they're just chilling out having a small little party after the big battle. I'd like to imagine that those High Templars before they were killed were trying to figure out the conception of alcohol that the Civilians were hooking them up with.
It's also a beloved Cyndi Lauper song... and Book 3 of the Star Wars: Republic Commando series of novels... and the Season 2 finale of Disney's Amphibia... and a true sequel to Life is Strange 1 and Before the Storm. People just love using this as a gamechanging title or whatever.
*looks at mission title* This game, the Star Wars: Republic Commando novels, Disney's Amphibia, and Life is Strange really love Cyndi Lauper. I would have eradicated the Terran Dominion base first, what with their Ghosts and Siege Tanks. Also, General Duke, 'nuff said. 21:50: Oh, if only that was a Hallucination... and if only Starcraft 2 didn't cheapen it via a differently voiced computer copy of the man. (The Protoss sure lost the most notable characters compared to the other two factions, three if the UED is also counted separately.) Well, goodbye to you too, James Raynor. Hope you'll fulfill your wish. (He didn't if one continues on to Starcraft 2. Heck, he doesn't even do the job in Huncraft.) 31:31: I'm so with Kerrigan here. This is just pure catharsis for me. Oh, so now the B-word is allowed now? So much for the cut-off moment between Raynor, Duke, and Mengsk in the vanilla game.
I'm always wondering, where did the Protoss came from? Even though Kerrigan had Fenix, I don't think he had any Protoss allies with him, and I don't think it's possible that Fenix asked for reinforcements from Artanis or Zeratul either....
+Argumenter_Respecter The Protoss have always been around, somewhere. As seen in when Raynor rescued Mengsk from the UED he had allied scouts. Then the base afterwards in the next mission. I'm not exactly sure where they came from, but Fenix must have the Executor's support in this manner (Executor being who you play as in the Protoss Campaign.)
SC1 Raynor: "I'm the man who's gonna kill you someday!"
SC2 Raynor: "I never gave up on you. Don't you dare give up on us!"

+Phyrex If there ever was a worst way to get dumped, having your GF turn into a monster and murder your friends is probably it.
SC1 is BEFORE Zeratul told Raynor that Kerrigan is the key to save the universe from Amon. It's explainable, really
yeah reinfested Kerrigan brought that point up in Heart of the Swarm ...
Multiverse Theory is a b***h, assuming SC2 happens on an alternate timeline.

@@maxavery8269 Bwhahahahahaa
Just remember Kerrigan - I'm the man who's gonna SMOOCH you someday!
You pretty much have to have an army to kill Fenix. Which is why most people broodling spawn him, because he has so much hp.
Wait you can just use broodlings on fenix?
That would’ve helped a year ago
I don't care about using Spawn Broodling against Fenix. It is too easy. I prefer killing him with my army.
True Colors aka Zergs performing "order 66" to Terrans & Protoss, then killing Duke & Fenix.

@@michaelandreipalon359 uhh, okay, star wars geek. But still, you understand what I mean.
You can actually take 2 bases from both sides in the first 6 minutes.
They sure changed the look of Kerrigan in the remastered version. She lost her collar and got glowy eyes.
I wonder why they didn't give the ghosts cloak in this mission.
21:55 my favorite part. thx

Heck, some nameless marine called Kerrigan the B-Word in one of the no-Build missions in SC1. Remember? "You'll never make it out alive, B-Word!"

WildNaru7 Oh yeah, it could be the survivors from Aiur that helped Raynor and Fenix defend the warp gate.
Argumenter_Respecter That too, yeah.
I hate what Starcraft 2 did to this level. Everything about it.
What do you mean?
This mission took me 4 hours to complete. How the fuck have you done it in half an hour?!?! Well, about to find out...
You are good in this game. Sadly I always use cheat codes to win faster.

the AI in this map is just horrible, huge basis but no activity and minor attacks.
Average, in my opinion. Horrible would be one that absolutely does nothing.

Music > Dialogue :(
Well, there are videos featuring only game voiceovers with either no or lessened music, particularly from Executor Nral.
I much prefer this to the downgrade of the remastered starcraft
